P: I keep getting "Something went wrong. Please try again later."

I'm trying to create images with Gemini Nano Banana and often, it doesn't generate the image and displays the following message:

"Something went wrong. Please try agin later.".

I tried last night and it didn't work, and now, this morning, it doesn't work either. It’s not the first time it happens. It's frustrating because I have credits to use before they expire in a few days and if I can't use them, I lose them.

      Hi everyone,

       

      To help us investigate this further, we'd appreciate it if you could share a HAR file. Please follow the steps below to capture and attach it:

      1. Open Google Chrome.
      2. Press F12 on your keyboard (or right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect) to open Developer Tools.
      3. Go to the Network tab.
      4. Enable Preserve log by checking the box at the top of the Network panel.
      5. Reproduce the issue in Adobe Firefly.
      6. Once the issue occurs, return to the Network panel.
      7. Right-click anywhere within the list of network requests.
      8. Select Save all as HAR with content.
      9. Save the .har file to your computer.
      10. Reply with the saved HAR file attached so our team can review it and investigate further.

      Hello. None of the partner models are currently working. Every generation attempt returns the same error: "SOMETHING WENT WRONG." Clearing cookies doesn't help at all. When do you expect this to be fixed? People use your site professionally and pay for it, yet right now it is completely useless. It would be nice if someone from Adobe finally spoke up and explained what is being done about this.Perhaps it’s time to wake up and tell subscribers where things stand—and why they are paying for something that, effectively, doesn't work?

        Whenever I try to generate any kind of video in any model, it's not working. It always shows me "Something went wrong," even if I try any kind of prompt, like a bigger prompt, a smaller prompt, a medium prompt, or a very simple prompt.
        Please let me know as soon as possible. Whenever I try to generate something in any model or by using any prompt, it's not working. It always tells me something went wrong.

            Adobe Firefly's AI image generation—along with models like ChatGPT and Gemini—has stopped working again. Please fix this as soon as possible; this is the second time this bug has occurred.

              I also met this problem. My gpt image 2 model keeps popping errors with “something went wrong” or “Edit and try again”. Banana 2 is working but it cannot meet my requirement. I use firefly for job. This error has been lasted since last night and have greatly affected my progress. I have asked ai assistant but it said currently no related issues found and maintenance have been resolved. I am so confused and do not know where I can get help! Especially mad at the instability of firefly while it is pricey.

                Especially disturbing when I wait for minutes and at the end it shows errors and asks me try again. It is totally a waste of time.

                      Adobe Firefly is a professional platform, but this image generation issue has been ongoing for days with no clear fix or ETA. Users need proper updates and a reliable solution. Please take this seriously and fix it ASAP.
                      This is extremely frustrating. Adobe Firefly is presented as a professional creative platform, but a major image generation issue has been ongoing for days without a clear solution.

                      Users are unable to generate images, credits are being affected, and the same “Something went wrong. Please try again later” error keeps appearing. How is it possible that such an important issue is still unresolved after several days?

                      A professional platform should communicate clearly, acknowledge the problem properly, and provide an estimated fix time. Right now, it feels like users are being left without proper support.

                      Please provide a real update and fix this issue as soon as possible.

                        Had the problem on and off for months. Everytime their support replies in here, they pretend like its a big suprise, and user error. But ignoring that the same prompts could work one day and then not the next.
