I'm trying to create images with Gemini Nano Banana and often, it doesn't generate the image and displays the following message:

"Something went wrong. Please try agin later.".

I tried last night and it didn't work, and now, this morning, it doesn't work either. It’s not the first time it happens. It's frustrating because I have credits to use before they expire in a few days and if I can't use them, I lose them.

why is it that everything is working except the 15 second video generation? i have enough credits despite that i keep being deducted for videos that don’t load. I am cancelling my subscription. had i known that the unlimited video generations meant i would have to do only 5 seconds at a time, i would not have signed up for the extra work required to get through 1 minute of video.

I encounter the same issue when using both Gemini 3 and Gemini 3.1, while Gemini 2.5 works normally. However, I need to generate images, so I must use Gemini 3.1 (Nano Banana).
The issue has prevented normal use for two weeks. Please investigate and resolve it as soon as possible. I previously provided the HAR file, but I have not received any response. I would sincerely appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you.
