P: I keep getting "Something went wrong. Please try again later."

I'm trying to create images with Gemini Nano Banana and often, it doesn't generate the image and displays the following message:

"Something went wrong. Please try agin later.".

I tried last night and it didn't work, and now, this morning, it doesn't work either. It’s not the first time it happens. It's frustrating because I have credits to use before they expire in a few days and if I can't use them, I lose them.

Hi everyone,

To help us investigate this further, we'd appreciate it if you could share a HAR file. Please follow the steps below to capture and attach it:

Open Google Chrome.
Press F12 on your keyboard (or right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect) to open Developer Tools.
Go to the Network tab.
Enable Preserve log by checking the box at the top of the Network panel.
Reproduce the issue in Adobe Firefly.
Once the issue occurs, return to the Network panel.
Right-click anywhere within the list of network requests.
Select Save all as HAR with content.
Save the .har file to your computer.
Reply with the saved HAR file attached so our team can review it and investigate further.

Here i have attached two screenshots( Screenshot 2026-06-21 132756.png Screenshot 2026-06-21 132859.png ) in the first one i am trying to upscale a image of simple using topaz bloom. The second image of the error “something went wrong” is the one i am getting for only partner models, firefly models seems to work fine.

I am using windows, i’ve tried it on firefox, chrome and mobile app, the same issue persists across all of them for all the partner models, even for image and video. I have attached 2 screenshots trying to generate a image ob mobile using this prompt “Milky way”, if i use adobe models it works fine but when you switch to any partner models i got the same error for videos as well. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, i tried 2 different browsers it still is the same.
Please look into this

A Full Screenshot: Please provide a screenshot of your entire browser or application window, including your avatar in the upper right corner. Many errors have multiple causes; seeing the full context is much more helpful than a zoomed-in image of the error message alone.

System Details: Specify your Operating System (OS) and Browser (including version numbers).
Workflow Context:
- Which Firefly function were you using? (e.g., Text to Image, Generative Fill, Text to Video, etc.)
- Which model was selected? (e.g., Firefly Image 3, Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3).
- The full prompt you were using.
- Copies of any reference images, keyframes, or original images used.

Note: Here’s a useful article explaining the most common reasons that trigger the error you’ve been seeing.

My different adobe express premium account handles partner models fine. However, this Firefly Pro Plus account fails on all partner models(Image, video, up scaling) i tried using different partner models other than adobe on mobile still gets the same something went wrong error for partner models only. Only adobe models work on this account all partner models doesn’t work.
