Received the "You're In" Email but having access issues

I got my official invitation, clicked on the link, logged on and seemingly got in with the "You're In" website. When I follow the "click here" link to the Firefly site, it presents options to generate images and text effects. But those don't actually work. The website just takes me to a generic site with an intro video and a "request access" button. Any idea what's amiss here?

that I am granted for accesss 😞

I've been referred here to make a post about my access issues after receiving my Firefly invite on 30/03.

 

When trying to access Firefly, I'm still being prompted to request access even though it's been a week since my invite has come through.

 

The email address I used to request access to the beta is the one I have signed in to on Adobe.com, and I have tried to access Firefly through several different browsers, on desktop and mobile.

 

I've performed a hard reset on my browser, cleared my cache, signed out, restarted my computer and disabled any ad blockers. Still nothing.

 

Is there any chance I can get some assistance on this? Thanks a lot in advance.

 

I've screenshotted my invite email and attached below.

I got the email saying I'm in, but when logging in I still only see the "request access" button at the top and now beat.

I double checked email address, log in and out, computer on and off, cache, different browswer. No luck.

Extra details: Windows 10, Chrome and Firefox.

  • My Adobe ID email is definitely the same email that I recieved the "You're In" email with. I've double checked this a thousand times
  • Tried logging in with separate browers etc
  • I've already submitted my details with this form last week
  • As per the discord I'm supposed to create a bug post here if I still don't have access

I also got the "You're In" email but it just redirects to the sign up page again. I am logged in under the proper account and everything. I am going to assume this is a big issue since there are over 100 replies here suffering the same fate. Discord is no use as they tell us to just post here. When we post in the community support they just lump us all into here. @Tracy.H I have filled out the form. Please keep us posted at a more regular interval so we do not loose faith in Adobe.

Hey there! I just got beta access to Firefly, but it looks like I used a different email to sign up than the email I  use to actually sign into my Adobe account. Is there a way to fix this?

I got the access e-mail but when I opened my account, the website stills redirects me to the form, and yes, I already checked my e-mail to see if it was the correct one, and it is... I have a Google account under a ".co" so I also tried changing to a ".com" and also didn't worked.

I'm having the same issue. Should I make a threat of my own, or is this a known issue at the moment?

Hi Tracy,

 

I received the "You're in" email.

I proceeded to the linked page, directing me to a form I then submitted.

My original information was correct, and my email address and Adobe email address match.

I look forward to hearing from you; I appreciate your help!

I've received the you're in email, and for nearly a week I've been trying to access Firefly, I've filled out the form, switched email addresses for my Adobe account, switched it back, but no joy!  I've tried on different computers and different OS's but still faced with a page with a blue button that says request access.

 

Any suggestions?

I have received the "You're In" email but am unable to access Firefly. 

The email I logged in with is edwardju1010@gmail.com and the email I requested access with is edwardju1010@gmail.com. I have confirmed this and am still experiencing access issues, please help me to cope with this issue. Thanks.
