Received the "You're In" Email but having access issues

I have two Adobe accounts, because years ago I moved to a different country, and the only way to be invoiced correctly with the new company data, was to create a new account. 

So now I've got access to Firefly, and didn't realize I inserted the email for the older account I no longer use, does anybody knows how to fix it ?

Hhahaha, wow. Sorry to laugh, but... there are no responses! Do you see any solution posted here?

This whole launch has been a joke. It's 2023 and this is the state of Adobe. Sad, really.

I got the email saying i'm invited yet when i click on access it jsut takes to a page with video clips?

Same here. I requested the invitation for the wrong address, but changed my primary emailaddress for my adobe ID, so this should hopefully work now. Sadly it doesn't. Can you help me out here? I'm so lucking forward to test firefly.

Hi, I have requested to access more then 5 times . But I have always got a response by email starting with 'thank you for your interest' and some information about adobe firefly.  When it is gonna be solved this problem. Please.

Hello, I received the email saying "you're in" but when I click the link and sign in ,with my only Gmail account mind, I'm greeted with the "request access" button again. Can anyone help?
