Received the "You're In" Email but having access issues

I got my official invitation, clicked on the link, logged on and seemingly got in with the "You're In" website. When I follow the "click here" link to the Firefly site, it presents options to generate images and text effects. But those don't actually work. The website just takes me to a generic site with an intro video and a "request access" button. Any idea what's amiss here?

Same here , got the email , no access .  checked the email address, cleared cookies ect ,,  no luck..

I'm having the exact same problem (corp license). Tried both personal (user) and admin account without success to generate anything in Firefly (Yes, I got the mail I'm in and I use the correct email)

OK - I have been approved for the beta, but I don't know how to access it. I have creative cloud through my university, but it isn't listed as a bet there, so I'm guessing I need to access through chrome. Bt where's the link/page for that? Nothing came in my acceptance email from Adobe.

I received my "You're In, it's time to try Firefly" acceptance email. When I clicked on the link and logged in to my Adobe account, I was directed to "Request Access" again.

I have the same issue. Recieved the "You're in email", but am not able to access it even though I use the same email

Hey there,

well, I've got an invite mail for the Firefly beta. I am logged in with the right mail and I have tried multiple browsers' no popup blocker, but I can't test the application.

Can someone help me ?

If you have received the "You're In" email but are unable to access Firefly, please check that the email you logged in with is the same email you requested access with. Hi everyone,

 

I just received the E-Mail that I'm now part of the beta test. But when I go the Firefly-page, I just see a marketing video and a button to register for the beta again. Is there anything I can do or is this an Adobe/Account issue?

I should add that I logged out of my browser and cleared cookies and there was no change. Tried from a second browser with the same result.

I think the problem is that Adobe sent the invitation to my work email address, not the personal one I use for Creative Cloud subscriptions. I reached out to my Adobe contact but haven't heard back yet. I also submitted a fresh request under my personal/CC email address.
