Tried generating 2 videos but each time the generation ended the videos did not display. No files for the prompts are in my folder and nothing in the generation history. Credits were removed. Started with 4K credits, now have 3250 and no videos.

Could you tell us more about what happened with these two generations? For example, were you able to see a preview but nothing played, or did an error message appear? If you can share a screenshot of what happened, that will help us better understand the issue.

After I pressed enter to generate the video, it took the time to process but when it finished the only video provided was an Adobe Firefly video advertisement not the generated video. There were no error messages and nothing appeared in my generation history but the credits were taken.
