Sora 2 showing 12 seconds video but it's make only 4 seconds videos generate why when I select 12 seconds but it's make only 4 seconds

      Great news! The issue we discussed earlier has now been fixed. I tested it again and everything is working smoothly.
       

      Sora 2 producing a 12 seconds video

      Good evening, the problem has returned. It's once again impossible to generate videos longer than 4 seconds. This is very inconvenient, especially with the substantial subscription fee I pay.

      I wasn’t able to reproduce the same issue. The 12‑second duration I selected generated a 12‑second video, as shown in the screenshot below.


      Could you please share the link to your generation? You can find it under Your Stuff > Generation History. Select the video in question and choose Share public link. (If you prefer not to share it publicly, you can paste the link here in the inbox.)
       


       

      Once we have the link to your generation, we’ll review it on our side.

        Cela fais plusieurs jours que je veux générer des vidéo de 12 secondes avec Sora 2 mais à la sortie les vidéo sont toutes trop courtes. Elles font 8 secondes, il me semble. Ma demande de temps n’es plus respecté alors que mes crédits sont utilisés pour une vidéo de 12 secondes.

          Sora 2 não GERA videos maior que 4 SEGUNDOS

          Olá, tudo bem?

           

          Estou tentando gerar vídeos no sora 2 da firefly com 12 SEGUNDOS, porém ele só gera em 4 SEGUNDOS. 

          Preciso saber o que está acontecendo: se é erro ou se a plataforma não deixa mais gerar vídeos com até 12 segundos.

          Alguém pode responder?

            Sora 2 i not generating ai video longer than 4 seconds
            I am generating ai video on sora 2 for 12 seconds. I am only getting 4 second videos and being charged for 12.

            Sora generated films are 4 seconds long instead 12 second, what is the reason? I choose 12 sek and describe it in prompt
            Ive tried to ganerate 12 seconds film in sora 2 but it cuts after 4 seconds , what is the reason I think its some technical error.
