Mercury Transmit issue in 16.1

Just upgraded to 16.1 and I can no longer access my external monitor. Mercury transit automatically switches to "monitor 2" when I need it to stay on "monitor 1" even after I reset my preferences.

So..... How many months has this been broken? Almost 4 months? Longer? Is this what we can expect from a company earning over 9 billion in revenue in 2018? A complete lack of prompt bug fixes while barring us from using legacy versions of their software? This is seriously ridiculous.

Same issue!

OSX 10.14.3
AE 16.1.1 build 4
Mac Pro (late 2013)
12-core, 64GB RAM, FirePro D300 x2, 1TB internal SSD
Display that can't be enabled is connected via HDMI port (no adapters used) to 1080p display. AE insists on selecting a different monitor (connected via sdi dongle on Thunderbolt).

Latest AE version 16.11 (Build 4).

Worked in earlier AE versions

Same issue for me on AE and Pr. This is very important functionality for a lot of users that just shouldn't be broken. New update out today but still no fix. Adobe??? There have been all kinds of bugs with every release. This is not Pro.

This problem is absurd. I've dealt with a few customer care tech's who only scratch their heads when they see me demonstrate the problem.

As a workaround I am using a free version of 'display fusion'. I clone one of my monitors that I then expand the source monitor on for the client to see. Working ok...but wow, not ideal.

I have the issue. I have 3 screen. It's impossible to make mercury transmit on my First screen, alway the thrid.
I fixed it.

So i lauch after effect, then i turn off the tird ( by windows setting) and i go in after effect 's setting to chose 1st screen. It's work.

Then just reconnect the monitor in windows's setting.

Same issue on Windows 10 GTX 1080 Ti. Installed various drivers, also tried latest Nvidida STudio Driver which didn't help.
