Files newly created in Photoshop not showing in Bridge

I am a long-time user of Bridge and never experienced this problem before.  It began in the past few days.

Bridge 15.0.4.534 and Windows 11

I am finding that, sometimes, but not always, a new file created in Photoshop does not show in Bridge. However if I close and restart Bridge the file shows. Also Tools>Cache>Purge Cache for Folder results in the file appearing. While the problem is intermittent, it happens frequently enough to be a nuisance. Any suggestions?
