Impossible to uninstall adobe product when update is available for CC and no hard drive space left.

I would like to restore 10Gb of my hard drive space by uninstalling photoshop. It is impossible since i don't have space available to install Creative Cloud update. Creative Cloud refuses to open un-updated.

How do i bypass creative cloud update? Could I use adobe products without that launcher as it creates more issues, than it is worth?

It's not a bug. Do a disk clean-up. Empty the trash bin. Delete the temp files.

Is there a way to submit a bug ticket to Adobe somewhere?

Hi @Energetic_days5276,

Thanks for reaching out! Did you try using the Creative Cloud Cleanner tool to uninstall the Photoshop app- https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/apps/troubleshoot/diagnostics-repair-tools/prepare-to-run-creative-cloud-cleaner-tool.html? This preserves other Adobe apps until you decide to remove them.

Best,

Tarun

Ctrl-alt-R just restarts CC desktop app. It starts up attempting to update.

I will just shift-delete adobe files anyway. Adobe, pls fix - i shouldn't have to do this.

How large is the hard drive?

It might be best to install a larger drive.

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

then try the ps uninstall per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
