Hi everyone. This is a result of the worldwide AWS outage that's happening right now.

thanks for the update @chrisa47041728

there's a number of adobe outages and that may be responsible, https://status.adobe.com/

I can't generate print data. No Adobe Fonts. We will take legal action for each day of downtime.

Hi @chrisa47041728,

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Thanks for reporting this! We understand how frustrating it can be when tabs go missing in the Creative Cloud desktop app.

This issue may be related to a temporary sync glitch or a recent update. Here are a few steps you can try:

  1. Restart the Creative Cloud app – Sometimes a simple restart can restore missing UI elements.
  2. Sign out and back in – This can refresh your account settings and reload your workspace.
  3. Update the app – Make sure you're using the latest version of the Creative Cloud desktop app.

If that doesn’t restore the tab
• Clear the CCDA OOBE cache:-

Windows: delete the contents of %AppData%\Adobe\OOBE (and restart CCDA).
macOS: delete the contents of ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE (and restart CCDA).

Let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun
