P: Missing Pictures, Presets, and Watermark Data after 5.4 Update

Yesterday when I use the Lightroom Mobile, it was okay. I still have my presets and pictures saved in the apps but today , 18th August 2020 , after I updated the apps on Apps Store, all of my pictures and presets gone. I really need this to be fix as soon as possible. Please help me as I really need all those pictures and presets.

Kris, this is really a disaster for Adobe and they will try all they can to find a fix, but you are right, an existing Apple iCloud or iTunes Backup is probably the only chance. We should ask Apple for a better restore functionality as well, because to restore the whole iPad instead of a single app is not a good way.

For non adobe creative cloud synced customer who don't have a full iCloud / Mac / Pc of the previous days  backup of their full device, I'm afraid :
- There is no other solution
- Adobe don't care that much because they aren't creative cloud paying customers.

You can restore lightroom photo without full restored

Hi Liselotte,
I am using LR Cloud as my main App and all my pictures and presets are still there even I have updated to the buggy version. I have a 1TB subscription (payed Cloud storage) and sync was enabled.
From my point of view I see no corrupt cloud, it is all an issue with the unsynced pictures and presets. 
I am sure Adobe is frantically looking for a fix together with Apple.
The general issue is that there is no local backup functionality in LR Cloud. And Apple has no selective Restore functionality, all you can do is to restore the complete iOS device which is often a real pain and not working in every case. 
Summary: If you have synced all your pictures you should be fine.

@David Kniazevas Send your two days of camera roll in a safe place (iCloud photo sync, Mac or pc ). erase your device before full restoring of your old backup.

@Abdullah Takrouri Hi, Lot of people don't have anything back after 5.4.1. I didn't, before a full iphone restoration from Macos iphone 16/08/2020 backup prior 5.4.
Do you have an adobe creative cloud subscription running please ?
