P: Missing Pictures, Presets, and Watermark Data after 5.4 Update

Yesterday when I use the Lightroom Mobile, it was okay. I still have my presets and pictures saved in the apps but today , 18th August 2020 , after I updated the apps on Apps Store, all of my pictures and presets gone. I really need this to be fix as soon as possible. Please help me as I really need all those pictures and presets.

Does restoring the 2 days old iCloud backup mean I will lose photos in the camera roll from the last 2 days + any other data from that time period? Never had to resort to using a backup so slightly nervous about it.

Hi. a customer here. The solution without adobe creative cloud sync subscription  (I haven't currently)+ sync enabled,
 is an iPhone or iPad full restore from one either iTunes/finder/iCloud Backup done previous  5.4 Lightroom update (App Store says 3 days ago before 20/08/2020) .
Done it successfully from a 16/08/2020  backup. All files / presets restored. 
Then, Lightroom update with 5.4.1 with no issue.

If there is no iTunes/finder/iCloud full Backup, I'm afraid there is no solution.

Rikk, we understand the annoucement, however this doesnt solve the problem. People lost months/years of their work. Apologies will not bring it back. We all are waiting for a solution from your engineers. What would you do in our shoes? We are asking for a valid support.

Sorry, but this can't be your truth, Adobe! We've lost the pictures, data, presets because of your update 5.4.0 and the new update 5.4.1 didn't work.

The loss of data is the worst thing a provider can do to its customers. you can't leave customers without a solution! So please keep working on a solution!

update 5.4.1 did not bring back the photos and presets. I wonder who will take responsibility? it is very serious what happened
