P: Missing Pictures, Presets, and Watermark Data after 5.4 Update

Yesterday when I use the Lightroom Mobile, it was okay. I still have my presets and pictures saved in the apps but today , 18th August 2020 , after I updated the apps on Apps Store, all of my pictures and presets gone. I really need this to be fix as soon as possible. Please help me as I really need all those pictures and presets.

    My presets are literally all gone and I have none saved as a Dng file. This is TERRIBLE

    Update still hasn’t fixed the issue! Presets and photos still missing 😞 please fix!

    I don't understand how it could delete our cloud saves. I have a paid subscription too, a ton of work is gone. Photos, edits and presets. Adobe, please answer us. Is there anything we can do to recover the files? This is on you, not us as a customer/user.

    This is unbelievable. And I don’t ever update... it must have auto updated. Paid subscription too... why isn’t it in the cloud somewhere??

    What the hell? How did you improve the program? All people lost photos and presets. Give it all back to us !!!

    Doesn't work, sadly, as they've been exported as a different file. It's not a .DNG.

    I’m going to try and get my presets back by uploading the edited photos that I still have and save the presets that way. Has anyone tried that yet? This is ridiculous.
