P: Missing Pictures, Presets, and Watermark Data after 5.4 Update

Yesterday when I use the Lightroom Mobile, it was okay. I still have my presets and pictures saved in the apps but today , 18th August 2020 , after I updated the apps on Apps Store, all of my pictures and presets gone. I really need this to be fix as soon as possible. Please help me as I really need all those pictures and presets.

Everything of mine is gone too, only the photo I was working on somehow managed to remain. All presets gone as well. I was on iOS 13.6.1 iPhone XS Max.

I used the free account.. however my girlfriend is using a free account and after update everything was good.

For me all presets and photos were gone

From reading this thread does it just involve people using the free accounts or those that turned off sync to the cloud?

Wow. I am happy I saw this today mentioned on twitter before opening the app. It has already automatically updated to the affected version and I normally use the app almost every day. This needs to be widely broadcasted because lots and lots of people will lose their cloud libraries. Most people will have their devices set to autoupdate as that is the default.

Hey Adobe... i Need The App... i lost a lot of Money. I booked a Trip to Greece and all the pictures (some of them are solded) are missed After the update. This is a Big Problem! So Come on and Fix it.

This better work regardless if I installed or uninstalled the app.. we weren’t getting answers so of course most of us are going to try possible methods to fix the situation since we were getting little answers.. Adobe fix this!
