P: Missing Pictures, Presets, and Watermark Data after 5.4 Update

Yesterday when I use the Lightroom Mobile, it was okay. I still have my presets and pictures saved in the apps but today , 18th August 2020 , after I updated the apps on Apps Store, all of my pictures and presets gone. I really need this to be fix as soon as possible. Please help me as I really need all those pictures and presets.

    What happened to the Lightroom app??? 
    We need a LOT more info if you really want (need) help:

    What OS, what version of LR? Do you have a backup? Do all the modules work or are you locked out of just Develop? Did you recently update the app from the CC application?

    What happened to the Lightroom app??? I have been using the app for nearly 2 years and I went on it today and all of my pics were gone along with presets that I had payed for and took forever to get downloaded on my app! I am very annoyed.

    I wish you would publicized this issue so people knew NOT to uninstall to try to fix this issue. I’ve already done that because I couldn’t get responses anywhere else

    I am afraid that this won't be resolved All my presets gone and I have no idea how to find them again.

    After this update it was like a whole new account on Lightroom. Everything gone
