P: Recommended Presets Not Working

Spoke to agent in chat let see if it dose anything. They seem the like your money each month but not worried about fixing things. Why roll out an update that doesn't work. A reply from adobe would be good. 

Mine has been doing the same and I called customer service a week ago and they told me its a known issue they are working on it will be back soon,  but a week now? I have wedding photos and gender reveal photos that now It'll take longer to edit soooo annoying when will this get fixed ​@adobe 

Same here, I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times!

same. i’m online, logged in and synced.

Still no presets, but charging my card works fine! 

It's been a while since it's worked for me, I need it to work, some people use it at work, what should they do now? Will it be fixed?
