P: Recommended Presets Not Working

The recommended presets aren't loading anymore; it says they're being analyzed, but nothing happens. It used to work before—how can I fix this?

        It's been a while since it's worked for me, I need it to work, some people use it at work, what should they do now? Will it be fixed?

          I contacted support just this morning, and they said they were using the browser application and that the issue with the desktop application should resolve itself.

          I wasn't very convinced. It works as a browser, but I would like to work as a desktop app.

              Hi all,  Nice to see that some others are having this issue recently also.  One day it was working fine and then it was just gone.  Has anyone found a fix for this yet?

              I am having the same issue and I have reset my Lightroom Preferences already to no avail
