P: Recommended Presets Not Working

The recommended presets aren't loading anymore; it says they're being analyzed, but nothing happens. It used to work before—how can I fix this?

Recommended presets no longer show anything.  The ones I’ve saved and the basics work fine but recommended tab is blank

same issue here. i saw a thread where the user “reset the settings” and the ticket was marked a solved, but reset what settings? could have been less vague...

When I click on the recommended preset function it acts like it is looking for the presets then nothing.

AI recommendations are not appearing. I have the most updated version of Lightroom. As shown in the screenshot, I am connected to the internet. I have logged with profile backed up and syncing.

I am having the same issue after switching to a new laptop. Sorry I don’t have any recommendations, but I will update if I find a solution.

Thanks...I was hoping Adobe might weigh in.  I switched to a new PC a couple of months ago and everything has been working fine until a few days ago.

They’re not working for me either. I’ve been trying to edit some images over the weekend and it never loads any of the presets. You can access the premium presets, and I have access to the ones I’ve used, liked and saved, but that’s it. The ones I have saved are working well, but they don’t fit every occasion. I thought it was just my laptop not able to handle it, but they’re only about 5.6MB average and JPEG, since I forgot to switch the camera I was using to RAW+JPEG until halfway through the shoot.

My presets do not work, what is the issue here. Months of triple work because it shuts down when it wants to, no presets, just continued issues and no resolution. But you do not have a issue taking my money.
