P: Recommended Presets Not Working

also having the same issue. 

I’m having the same issue, it stopped working a couple of days ago. Have tried re-install, login / out, cleared all data cache. Nothing fixes it. Other Ai features still work just not the presets.

Exactly the same issue Nearly a week without it working

I have the same problem for more than four days. No matter what steps I took (reinstall, log out/in), nothing helps. Please fix it as soon as possible.

Pretty frustrating that the recommended preset feature in lightroom isn't working on my computer. Hurry up & fix the issue please

Same issue and I’m getting frustrated because sometimes when I close it and reopen it, it will work.

Adobe lets go get this fixed ASAP!!

Reset lightroom and restarted computer several times. Recommended presets is not working.
