P: Recommended Presets Not Working

The recommended presets aren't loading anymore; it says they're being analyzed, but nothing happens. It used to work before—how can I fix this?

I've been having the same problem for several days now. At first, I thought it was due to the RAW files from my new Sony A7V, but it's not working with older files either, files that previously worked without any issues. When I open the presets, it says "Your photo is being analyzed," but then no suggestions are displayed. Screenshot attached.

@adobe @Adobe Administration any updates?? The recommended preset is the main reason I pay for Lightroom. Without these I'd rather just use free alternatives

I use the chat to talk with someone from adobe; The first one, don’t give a clue for what is happening, when I ask for another person, finally someone say that they are investiganting but there ins’t any time frame for it. I’m considering ask for a refund on ly annual payment and find another similar software less expensive and with a better client service.

The Ai suggestions from Lightroom Community in the presets window analysis the photo but no results appear. Other Ai function are still working fine? Is there a fix for this yet?

Can I, and the many other users affected by this issue, expect a refund from Adobe, for the time we have paid our subscription while receiving a faulty product?

Não tenho conseguido usar a função "recomendado" nas predefinições de edição. Isso começou um mês atrás. Estou com internet ativa e plano em dia. As funções “premium” e “suas” continuam funcionando. O que pode estar acontecendo? Obrigado.
