P: Recommended Presets Not Working

​@adobe ​@Adobe Administration any updates?? The recommended preset is the main reason I pay for Lightroom. Without these I'd rather just use free alternatives

The Ai suggestions from Lightroom Community in the presets window analysis the photo but no results appear. Other Ai function are still working fine? Is there a fix for this yet?

when i click recommended presets they wont load.

Can I, and the many other users affected by this issue, expect a refund from Adobe, for the time we have paid our subscription while receiving a faulty product?

Não tenho conseguido usar a função "recomendado" nas predefinições de edição. Isso começou um mês atrás. Estou com internet ativa e plano em dia. As funções “premium” e “suas” continuam funcionando. O que pode estar acontecendo? Obrigado.

It doesn’t seem to analyze the photos, even though it works in the web version.

J’ai un gros soucis depuis peu, je n’ai plus aucune suggestions de paramètres predefinis sur la communauté lightroom que ce soit sur l’onglet : Tout, subtil, Intense, NB, froid, chaud, sombre, cinéma, HDR… Plus rien ne s’affiche et la fenêtre reste vierge. à chaque changement d’image j’ai un bref “ analyse de votre photo” puis plus rien. impossible de revenir comme avant, j’ai tenté de downgrade la version, supprimer les paramètres, les caches, redémarré le PC….. Rien y fait je suis complètement bloqué sans comprendre pourquoi. 

No funciona desde hace tiempo la opción de “recomendadas” en los ajuste preestablecidos. He actualizado la versión, apagado los wifi de otros dispositivos y reinicializado tanto el wifi como el PC
