@Kevin Stohlmeyer I've already updated Beta to the latest version, but I still can't open it, it shows an Error and then shuts down directly. Since I can't launch Photoshop at all, I can't select Help > System Info either.

I'm sorry I'm not very familiar with computers. Can you please tell me how I can successfully copy the System Info without being able to open Photoshop? Or can I open other 24.7ver Beta versions to copy?

If you are experiencing a crash while opening images on a Mac, in the latest beta build, please see the thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-beta-bugs/p-adobe-photoshop-2024-quit-unexpectedly/idc-p/14029345#M10014 for more information.

If you are on Windows, and have non-roman letters used in your user name on your computer, the patch that we released on 8/20 won't work. Rather than advise changing your username, I'll say to wait until Thursday night/Friday morning for the update to come out.

Hi @亦豐28321119e2ey does your first desktop meet minimum system requirements? Especially RAM and HD space.

On your second, go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.

After installing the latest update, I still can't open photoshop on my 1st desktop.
So I installed it on my 2nd desktop I just bought that has pretty much nothing on it. It worked fine initially,I only use it for generative AI. I think i closed it and then I logged onto facebook and google drive and somehow I get the same error message on my 1st desktop when I try to open it again

Both desktop Win 11
