P: "Adobe Community Help" keeps popping open (Windows)

Adobe Community Help keeps popping open when working within Adobe Photoshop CS5. I'm not sure if I'm doing some sort of shortcut that causes it to open, but sometimes (maybe once instance, during a 40hr week) Adobe Community Help will open in a Window while I am doing stuff in Adobe Photoshop CS5.

I'm not sure what causes it, but I'll close the Community Help window, and then continue working in Photoshop, and it will open again. Only way to keep it from opening back up again is to close and restart Photoshop. This has happened to me on my home PC as well, and in previous versions of Photoshop, if I remember correctly. I am using Windows 7 now, but I think I've had this happen on XP too.

Is it because there are updates available? Is it because I'm doing some sort of weird shortcut that I don't know about?

An example: I was transforming an object (using the mouse, clicking, using shift button while moving the cursor, using the space bar while panning, etc.) It just opened again. Guess it's time to restart Photoshop...

I'm having an issue where the Photoshop CS6 color picker causes Adobe help to open in my browser. When the color picker dialog is open and I'm choosing colors with the dropper, Adobe help opens up in my browser every time pick a different color. Here's my (low quality) video capture of this issue:

Check out the video capture on youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VtFyO5I4H68

For me, this is always linked with opening up Layer Styles editor.

My only prerequisite is to have a document heavy with vector objects, smart objects, and layer styles, and some history in said document (lots of vector editing and layer style changes). With that satisfied, this can occur even in simple documents open in another tab, in my experience.

I recently bumped up my History states to 30, and I want to say I've seen an increase in this bug occurring. That setting might merit a bit of experimentation...

It really is amazing that they've never reproduced this, considering the variety of systems I've seen this on personally, across multiple versions of PS.

If it only affects certain users and seems to 'follow' us around, could it have anything to do with our presets? Installed brush sets, custom shapes, even workspace settings?

I can't find the post either - what are the steps to find/install offline help?

I've resigned myself to setting a timer as a reminder to restart photoshop CS6 every 45 minutes in hopes that, at the very least, it will reduce the frequency of this crash.

Win7 x64, Radeon HD 6670, Intel i7. No security or AV software running.

Please fix PS/CS6 so that it doesn't arbitrarily pop up several browser windows to http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/topi... consequently crashing the program! It ONLY does this when saving a document, and it does it regularly and intermittently. I never had this issue with CS5, but CS6 Cloud version does this way too much. Since Adobe can't and WON"T be bothered with hearing from the customers, the very customers that make Adobe so filthy rich, at least take the time to FIX this (@#^#(*@&#$ PROBLEM!

Opened the colour picker on the Color Overlay Layer Style and it opened three Adobe Help web pages in my browser. Trying to click the colour picker opens more and more. I cannot do anything and my work is lost.

Trial mode rarely crashes, as soon as I activate the crashes come back.

All latest drivers downloaded straight from mfg's sites, never Windows Update.
Motherboard BIOS's always latest.

Double click on blank area to open Layer Styles.

To make it easy to test I setup a keyboard shortcut for Blending Options, select a layer and hit the keyboard shortcut then Enter over and over. If "Use Graphics Processor" is checked it consistently crashes.

I'm sure I've tried without Security Essentials but will try again tonight.

And I can't use nVidia cards due to this bug in DW / nVidia drivers:
