My cursor keeps disappearing with CS4 and CS5. This started after I installed Mountain Lion. I have noticed this on 2 different iMacs, one at home and one at work.

My problems are funny? You are rude and unprofessional.

Maybe, Chris you could try being more of a professional with your answers. You are, after all, representing Adobe with your smarmy comments.

Again, you were talking to someone without any idea what was going on. Even Apple's high level tech support has RADAR access, to file and check on the status of bugs. But I suspect that their outsourced support does not have access.
First he says he doesn't know what RADAR is (warning!), then says he doesn't have access (WARNING!), and yet claims to be highest level tech support at Apple? Yeah, that's funny.

the techs say only engineers are familiar with radar - techs work on the consumer level...

he said he was as high up as it gets for tech support. What exactly is it you would have us do to get this fixed?

ROTFLMAO! RADAR is Apple's internal bug tracking system. Yeah, you spoke to someone with absolutely no idea.

Apple does not know what radar is and has no intention of fixing your software problem.

We filed it in RADAR, like all other Apple bugs.
