P: CS6 / CC Keyboard shortcuts not responding Mavericks/Yosemite MacOS 10.9; 10.10

Since Installing Mavericks on my mac pro, the keyboard shortcuts, such as zooming in/out, undo etc, intermittently do not respond.
I have to click on another tool in the tool bar to get the keyboard to respond again.
The problem returns intermittently and seemingly not as a result of the Auto Save function.
My mac pro 15" has 8gb of ram which is more than enough for the type of work I do.I am an illustrator who primarily works around the brush tool.
Have tried disabling Graphics Processor and restarting, but this does not resolve the issue.

Any help would be most appreciated.

It's not Mavericks or Wacom as several of us keep saying. I think it's appalling that a company the size of Adobe doesn't see it worth investigating this issue as a matter of urgency and there are more pressing bugs. Really?

This is getting more interesting. So - in the comments above - Kendall is using Mountain Lion, and Simon is using a Yiynova.

That rules out the two biggest suspects: Mavericks and Wacom.

Hmmm. Only one suspect left, then.

Would be interesting also to discover what bugs are more urgent than the one which makes the program unuseable. Security issues?

Thanks David, good to know someone worked on this today. I happen to be using a Yiynova tablet monitor, nothing Wacom in there as far as I know. How can I be of assistance? Model is MSP19U.

Yes, as long as it is made by Wacom and uses a Wacom driver.

Does it count as a tablet if its a Cintiq? Because I'm using one and the bug is still there. In Photoshop CS6, on Mountain Lion.

Also, it does really help to hear you say you worked on the bug today. Thanks.

We can't really talk about bugs or features in development nor generally give a release date. I can, however, tell you that this bug was worked on just today. Again, if someone (ANYONE!!) can reproduce this bug WITHOUT a Wacom tablet, please let us know. Right now, the smoking gun does NOT seem to indicate Photoshop as the culprit.

I hope that helps...

Thanks for the fast answer and update Chris. As Ben said, it would be helpful to know if we're still looking at months of waiting before a possible fix since we could take action accordingly.

Again, we cannot discuss much of anything we do with Apple.

I am not expecting details, at least show us some transparency around what bugs are being worked on and where this one is in the queue. Even an expected resolution date would be good. Please manage my expectations.
