P: CS6 / CC Keyboard shortcuts not responding Mavericks/Yosemite MacOS 10.9; 10.10

Any progress on this? This is really bad and have slowed down my work significantly, not to mention the frustration every time this happens.

Photoshop CC is registering high CPU usage at more than 90% each time this problem occurs.

Ok, so here is an interesting update. I had been working on my laptop because I had been traveling for some time. I finally got things set up at home again, plugged in my external keyboard and (so far) things are working normally. No logical explanation but I am ok for now.

It is nice to NOT have to think about those keyboard commands that are so much habit now. Would be nice if Apple and Adobe could figure out where the issue lies, as I too was ready to dump Mavericks and go back to Mt. Lion so I could work. I'll post if I experience problems again.

BTW - not using dictation or currently using a Wacom tablet.

Are you using a Wacom tablet? Are you using the Dictation application that comes with Mavericks? Both can be troublesome...

After upgrading to OSX 10.9 Photoshop tools freeze up constantly. The most frequent occurrence of this freezing seems to be when I hit the bracket keys to change the size of my brush. If I click on another tool and back to the tool I'm using (usually the brush, clone or healing) it will return to normal. This seems to happen about every five to fifteen minutes. I can't use the keyboard to switch tools. We have this happening on two identical computer set-ups (as below):

Photoshop CC 14.1.2 x64 — 27 in. iMac 3.4 GHz Intel Core i7 — NEC PA271W as main display — Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680MX 2048 MB — 32 GB Ram - OS: Maverick 10.9

just upgraded to Mavericks, updated CC same day. Having issues with keyboard responsiveness in Photoshop. Applications become unresponsive for several seconds, cannot change brush size, cannot zoom. Have to escape app then go back to photoshop in order to get program to respond. system is up to date, keyboard plugged directly into tower.

Yes, Im noticing the slowdown in PS too, in addition to key commands failing randomly. Everything stops working, then all of the sudden I see a flash of all they commands I made, like it's finally catching up. There is stutter with drawing too at seemingly random times.

Im working on a brand new iMac 27" i7 (32Gb RAM) with a factory clean install of Mavericks and Adobe CS6. All software, including Wacom driver is up to date.

I can't do my work like this. Why did this new computer have to come with Mavericks pre-installed? Mountain Lion is apparently not supported on the new iMacs, so Im seriously stuck here.

Any progress on this? I just got a new iMac with Mavericks pre-installed andI can rarely use Command+Z in Photoshop. Nobody can work like this in a professional setting.
