P: CS6 / CC Keyboard shortcuts not responding Mavericks/Yosemite MacOS 10.9; 10.10

Since Installing Mavericks on my mac pro, the keyboard shortcuts, such as zooming in/out, undo etc, intermittently do not respond.
I have to click on another tool in the tool bar to get the keyboard to respond again.
The problem returns intermittently and seemingly not as a result of the Auto Save function.
My mac pro 15" has 8gb of ram which is more than enough for the type of work I do.I am an illustrator who primarily works around the brush tool.
Have tried disabling Graphics Processor and restarting, but this does not resolve the issue.

Any help would be most appreciated.

    Sure. This computer has an old version of the whitewindow plug-in (1.0.5) The latest version is 1.0.6. That may be the reason.

    I can't imagine this info helps. I Installed photoshop completely new on Monday. My other Computer has the same Problem..... PS crashed today.

    The problem appeared from the first OS 10.9 Version, every update of PS and Wacom until 10.10.
    Photoshop CS6 (13) Problems with the slim and the bigger iMac 27"
    One is running on a absolotely fresh installed OS 10.10 (installed on a completely new formated HD). Photoshop worked well with mouse and keybord. after installing the Wacom driver the keys (Brush, Lasso, zoom) did not react anymore ore very rarely (only after clicking on the frame of the picture or to the menu, it reacts).

    The white-Window workaround didn't work at my two iMacs. Still the keyboard-Problem. Reinstalled the system. Everything worked fine until WACOM software was installed. So there is a conflict between Wacom Software and keyboard.
