P: Disk error using Liquify

I'm having this same issue too - so annoying and not everyone can simply just afford a  new spec machine!  Only happened after the last update as well.  If I had known it was going to cause such an issue I wouldn't have bothered with the update. Come on Adobe sort it out as I've tried everything suggested bar paying for a new iMac (which simply isn't possible right not).

You are a lifesaver, thank you Jeffrey. It worked.

For some reason this message (Could not complete the Liquify command because of a disk error.) pops up when I want to use Liquify. I do have an older iMac and I run OS (10.15.7). Is that the issue here or is it someting else?

I have the lastest Photoshop update installed as well (23.3.1).

Guten Tag,

Was muss ich tun?

"The liquefaction command could not be completed because a disk error occurred."

Hi, this message has appeared to me since the Photoshop 23.3.0 update. I have over 200GB of disk space. According to the reactions on various forums, I am not alone in whom this prevents the use of a liquefaction filter. Hi, this message has appeared to me since the Photoshop 23.3.0 update. Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

It's kind of a false error message, your graphics adapter is outdated and will no longer be supported by the software.

So, just throw a functioning peace of hardware on the landfill and buy a new computer. SCNR.

Merci!
