It's gonna make a week that I can't work with the Adobe Photoshop app with my iPad Pro. That is causing a huge amount of problems with my work, my classes, my clients and I'd love to know if someone has already gotten any answer from Adobe Clients Help about that.

No, there’s been next to zero response . Twice Ive had telephone
appointments set up with someone from Adobe technical support, one last
Saturday and one today both at specific times they were supposed to call..
no one has called. I’m livid. Adobe used to be so much better at customer
service and support, but now it’s like they don’t give a damn. I spoke with
a tech support guy (out of the country) who after talking with him for some
time revealed they have little to no ability for actual tech services,
their job is basically to listen, say they’re taking this information and
passing it to engineering and placating the person they’re speaking with
but because they’re unable to actually do anything… they can’t help. First
honest thing I’ve heard lately from Adobe.

I’ve really been researching this issue and I don’t know if this is
happening with you or not but check your subscriptions on Apple… is your
Adobe subscription still there? Next go to your Adobe account on the
website, check your available Adobe MOBIKE apps… does it have have any?
Does it list Photoshop? Then check what it shows for web apps. Are you
following? You see my stats now show ZERO mobile apps but 23 web apps. I
think they somehow denied the mobile app access and set in just the web
version and since we’re trying to use Photoshop for iPad we can’t open the
web version.

I am a long time Adobe Creative Cloud subscriber.  I use these apps both on laptop, desktop, and IPad Pro 12.9 Inch (2nd Generation) with Apple Pencil.  The only touch surface I use on any Adobe product. Wrote a review on Apple Store about this and they were good enough to respond so want to put up details to hopefully get this fixed.

All other apps seem to function without issue but recently Photoshop will crash and close immediately right after splash screen shows up for about 2 seconds.  I have tried restarting, deleting and reinstalling and to no avail does same every time. This is frustrating! Now only able to transfer work from mobile to Adobe Cloud through Lightroom (which is almost useless to me) except for this function. 

I am fully updated with IPad OS 17.7.8 on my IPad Pro 12.9 inch (2nd Generation). All be it that it is an older IPad  Pro Model the Apple Store states it should work on here. Please update and fix or at least if M-chip is needed or something let us users know.

Its been almost a week now and no updates on this situation yet. Any progress fixing that bug?

Same thing hers.  Seeing lots of people having the same problem.  This has never happened before.  I am in the middle of a huge project and badly need Photoshop to work.  It crashes immediately after opening screen, following the iPad update. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I find the lack of communication especially frustrating, no announcement or email to customers at all. An ETA or a simple ' we are working on a hotfix' would be incredibly appreciated.

Yep that would have been nice but look what I got instead of a call or
response with anything helpful to my 15 or more requests for customer
support…
