Photoshop will not open, on iPad Pro 10.5.
Reinstaled Photoshop several Times, but since the PS Update to version 6.3, 6 days ago ican´t use Photoshop.
The ios version is 17.7.8

Photoshop opens an after 1 or 2 seconds it closes.
Please help!

Well, I'll join the queue of people that have problems with their PS on iPad. 

 

Photoshop keeps crashing on my ipad, actually it's not evening opening. I click on the icon, the "app start screen" appears for like 1 second and then it's gone. Other applications are working (f.e. Illustrator). 

 

I tried to uninstall and install it again, updating my ipad, restarting the ipad, deleting app cache. Nothing works.

 

I have an iPad Pro (10,5"), it's not the youngest, but everything except PS works absolutely fine on it. It also has worked in the past, but now it's just crashing...

 

• iPadOS 17.7.8

• iPad Pro (10,5") (i guess 1st gen?)

I too have been super frustrated, and am a long-time (over 10 years) customer. I FINALLY got the promised call and they said this is a problem on their end and that they are working to get it resolved, as many people are experiencing this problem. No idea how long this is going to take though, and yes, frustrated because I'm paying a monthly subscription for something that isn't working right now, as well as having to delay projects I can't complete until this is fixed. Hopefully the resolution will be soon! A refund would definitely be appropriate.

That’s just… 🤦‍♀️ I mean there’s some Adobe employee saying here’s what we
need, here’s how you find it, but fails to mention there’s no way to send
said file or even better, instructions to send, and we’re left to waste
time wandering around for a workaround? Sheesh… what has happened to what
was once a great company. 🫩

Ditto, but what frustrates me even more is the complete lack of response from Adobe. Interestingly Sengled (smart light bulbs) had a server outage last week for many days. They too completely ignored their customers cries for information or help. They even took their customer support numbers down, and made not a single reply from their email help requests. Now here's Adobe... primarily Photoshop, a software I've used for over 20 years never once unable to access. Never once ignored by customer support until now. I don't know what's really going on but I'm so frustrated right now I'm turning off auto pay, because I'm not paying for something I can't use. Additionally they're going to owe me a refund as my last payment just went through the day before yesterday. Shame on Adobe for completely ignoring their clients.
