Having the same issue, photoshop app crashes when I try to load on tablet. Everything is updated. Even reinstalled multiple times.

 

Mac os version 18.5

 

Ipad is 7th generation

I have also encountered this problem as I stated in another thread. Updated go 16.3 and now it won't get past the start up screen without crashing almost instantly. 

 

Really frustrating when I have work to complete today and have to use the desktop instead.

I have an old Ipad running IOS 16.7.11 and the Photoshop app running fine there. On IOS 18 on my newer ipad, Photoshop no longer works.

I have an Ipad pro second gen 

iPadOS 17.7.8 

Photoshop stopped opening since the update

I've been experiencing the same thing for three days now I was supposed to get a call after opening a ticket with Adobe this morning, but they didn't call. I went  to the chat box again and spoke with yet another representative and got a little more assertive and said I wanted to speak to somebody immediately and I wanted to call someone did call. I answered the phone I said hello hello hello and HELLOOOO, no one ever answered, and then ultimately they disconnected back on chat. I filled in the person I was speaking with about that incident got usual and customary so sorry etc. response and still nothing. I have paid for, and used Photoshop since version 3.1 over20 odd years ago. Never in my history of using Photoshop or any of the Adobe products that I've used have I ever had an incident where I could not get onto the program additionally, never have. I had such lack of customer service or response for customer support. I don't know what's happening over at Adobe, but they are rapidly declining and I'm so disappointed and frustrated.

Same here since the latest update to iPadOS 17.7.8 Photoshop doesn’t work for me either
