P: Photoshop 27 neural filter skin smoothing We've temporarily disable this feature because of error

Tried to use this feature today (worked fin in previous version of PS) and today, after upgrading to ver 27, I get the "We've temporarily disable this feature because of an error" message. Of course I don't know what that error is, but pretty sure it's an error. 

 

Running Windows 11 25H2 build 26200.7019

AMD Ryzen 7 7000
AMD 6600X 8G (latest drivers)

        if i want to use the neural filter skin smoothin i get a notic that it was stopped beacause of a fault

        Windows 11

          Same error here with Windows 11 and Photoshop 27.0.

          I already tried all the proposed solutions (like restating photoshop, rebooting the PC, deleting the PluginData under C:\Users\[Benutzername]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\UXP\PluginsStorage\PHSP\27\Internal\com.adobe.nfp.gallery\ and downloaded the filters again) but nothing worked.

            Still displaying the error on 27

            on 26.11 the neural filters window is just blank 😞

              Der neurale Filter Hautglättung funktioniert nicht ? aufrund eines Fehlers ?????
              Alle anderen neuralen Filter funktionieren !

              Windows 11 mit 64 GB , Intel 9 Prozessor  uptodate !

              Habe den Filter gelöscht bei C: Benutzer Appdata ........... 

              um den Filter nochmals herunterzuladen.

              leider die gleiche Fehlermeldung

                The neural filter skin smoothing does not work ? due to an error ?????
                All other neural filters work !

                Windows 11 with 64 GB , Intel 9 processor  uptodate !

                Deleted the filter at C: User Appdata ...........  

                to download the filter again.

                unfortunately the same error message

                    @Ashish26726394wfn9 I did that and it only shows two recent updates, when I have been using PS beta for awhile now. It won't scroll down or anything to show more.

                        @paoloc46281409 I assume you're using Photoshop version 27.0, if so it's a known issue

                            how do I get back to 26.11? The only previous versions showing are 27.0 and 27.01.

                            What is curious is that Lightroom Mobile has just informed me it now features ths "Skin Smoothing" function, whereas it still does not wok in my Lightroom Classic. Bummer...
