P: Photoshop can't open, freezes on splash image, uses all of ram trying to open then crashes.

Yep having the same issue since yesterday. I've tried everything as well and it's incredibly frustrating, as I have work I can't complete now too

I cleaned my PC, cleaned the registry, used adobe cleaner,

I uninstall photoshop and try with the different older version, uninstall and install again my GC driver. I use Alt+Ctrl+shift, nothing work and Photoshop always refuse to work. I scan my PC, nothing, nothing.

I have lot of work to finish and i can't work.

Tried quiting Adobe Creative CLoud and re-installing then booted new version 25.11 of Photoshop 2024 (not Beta) and again stuckl on Halide Bottlenecks extension Memory went from 9GB to 51.49GB to 58.37 GB - Not letting it go any further looks like a Memory leak - Come on Adobe fix this!!

Applications install all sorts of libraries and support files that could cause problems. Bottom line- betas crash and break and cause problems.

Exactly the same for me. Deeted preferences, Uninstalled and re-installed, finally downgraded to V 25.9.1 sticks on loading on Adding extension... Halide Bottlenecks also memory consumption creeps up - will not launch using Mac M1 Max Sonoma 14.6.1 Memory has shot up to 64GB used - quitting it now

Deleting the beta apps fixed it for me.

Hi, I finally able to resolve this issue by uninstall the creative cloud app and reinstall back with PS and LRc. Now works fine as normal

A mi al principio me ha pasado algo parecido a lo tuyo, pense que era culpa del ordenador, pero no. A si que voy a intentar con todo lo posible ya que estoy preparando una exposicion para Septiembre y no puedo trabajar
