I have been trying to work on a keyframe painting this evening on Photoshop for my iPad, but I cannot because after this new update, of which I was given no warning, Photoshop continues to crash and won't save any progress I have made. It has crashed three times so far and I have not been given the option of the crash report dialog box after any of them. Please answer urgently, my employment literally depends on this device.

I have now had the app crash on me for 4 days in a row.  Only using eyedropper/ bush.  Ipad pro, ios 17.0.2, photoshop 5.0.1.  I have some crash logs that have saved intermittantly.  Please advise on how to upload.

This is not what these products are about. Adobe has always been the best brand and dependable. What has happened?

I cant find a way to work from swatches on the ipad version. And can't design in 1 colour... I'm having to save every 30 seconds or so, it's a nightmare. I'm being pushed to use Procreate instead.

Please give us an update on the fix, silence is not an option while we are all losing money. Thank you in advance.

Swatches are not on the iPad, please get this out. I am missing deadlines because I have to save every 30 seconds

Will do.

In the meantime before the new build is out... As others had suspected, the cause of the problem is within the Eyedropper. If you can avoid using the eyedropper in the meantime (perhaps using the saved Swatches features in the color picker?), you shouldn't hit the crash.

Hey all, thanks for the patience, I know how frustrating this can be and the engineering team does not take this lightly. We identified and tested a fix late last night. We are working to get it out to you ASAP.
