I just updated Photoshop and the Remove Tool is not working and it has a black smudge whereever I paint the effect, hope if it's a bug then it gets fixed soon...thanks and if you have any solution then please help

Are you saying you had no reply from Adobe Employee @MeredithStotzner when you followed her instructions in the post that is marked correct and sent her the information she asked for?

My structure breezes through the GPU closeness evaluation. I genuinely trust someone at Adobe is working on this.

I agree, the ONLY good thing about subscription-based applications for the consumer, is that we always have the latest version with the latest features. What's the point if they don't support their product? I don't think the Ryzen 3000 is some niche product only a minority uses?
Then I will have to cancel my subscription if it is not fixed... The Remove Tool is working perfectly for Ryzen 3000 CPUs on Beta 24.5, so as NellPSmage very rightly said, the dev team has changed something in the next versions, which for some reasons isn't compatible with Ryzen 3000 CPUs...that something could well be the Generative Fill...
Manuel25116822d2l5, I wish I could disagree with you. Seems like they're just shuttling us from thread to thread and ignoring us. I wonder if they're even discussing a driver update with the Ryzen 3000 series to address things from that end...
