MEDIA DOES NOT DISPLAY ON THE TIMELINE ON WINDOWS SYSTEMS

On Windows, if a custom scale factor is set in System > Display, media does not display on the Premiere Pro timeline. We are working to fix this issue in an updated version of Premiere Pro. Two workarounds are available:

  1. In Windows, turn off custom scaling and use one of the standard scaling options, or
  2. In Premiere Pro, turn off GPU-accelerated UI rendering in Preferences > General.

Após a atualização para a versão 25, notei que existe uma situação na timeline que faz desaparecer a sequência quando deslizo para a esquerda. Mesmo aplicando o zoom in ou out, a sequencia só volta a aparecer quando deslizo a timeline para a direita.

I set mine back to 115% and am using 24. Good find on your part.

Yes, everything above 100% will cause the error.

I still use my 117% and waiting for a fix.. for now, I simply zoom in the timeline and avoid scrolling at the 0:00 startpoint.

I experimented with scaling on Windows 10.  Anything other than 100% on my system generates the same issue.  I tried incremental steps to see if I could find a magic upscale but nothing other than 100% worked.  If I had to use 25 I would set it at 100 and live with the smaller, font, icons -- well everything.  But I can use 24 until the scaling issue is resolved.  100% on my monitors is too small for me at 72 years.

This did not help for my system, however adjusting windows scaling definitely had an impact.  If windows scaling is 100% it works fine.  I've tried larger numbers like 110% and that does not work.  I am going to see if there is a magic number larger than 100 that does work.

Thanks, that solved it, Mine was on 350% Now I just need to get use to the smal text.

I can confirm that on my system, if I went into the windows 10 system settings and made sure the scale was set to zero the issue resolved in Adobe Premiere.  I was set to 117%. I opened several projects and they worked as expected.

Windows scaling is the problem!

Go to System -> Display -> Scale and layout -> set scale to 100%

But for me is 100% scale on a 2.7K 27" screen too small.. I use 117%

Zooming in the timeline does also the trick. Just zoom or scroll on timeline to the right.

The timeline disappears when you reach the 0:00 timecode in the overview.

You also can simply zoom in the timeline and put your clips at 1min timecode, so you dont reach the 0:00 where everything disappears.

Correto, mas a linha de apoio é 0 tem uma AI muito má para dar respostas, não dá para abrir um processo de reclamação e felizmente existe uma comunidade de clientes que se entreajudam.

In the public beta, this happened for some users with one build. In that, if you set default scaling in the Preferences to "none", it went away.

You might try that in 25.x.
