lumetri color unable to browse - causing crash please fix

when trying to choose the browse option under LUTS premiere crashes every time.  goes unresponsive.  im extremely close to switching editing programs after 15 years of adobe

    no I do not receive a crash report. creative cloud diagnostics pops up on the dock but then does nothing. I'm not sure what other description you would need.  I’ve reset preferences, cleared media cache, updated premiere, restarted system.  still same issue
