I am using Aero on my PC to create a file. I open that file on my Ipad to preview the file.Now sometimes it says the file is still open on my PC and it makes a copy. Thats fine for testing, because I only make changes on my PC. Sometimes I have to change the assets so I replace the file. And here is where I think it goes wrong. I makee a QR code, and when I scan it and open it, to use the file on my same Ipad, it sometimes shows the wrong assets. (Like it remembered the assets, from the copied files that are also on my tablet). When I use my phone, or PC the right assets are shown. When I deleted the earlier copys that where made on my Ipad, the problem seems to go away.I use the Ipad and QR code to show the files to clients, it's very annoying if an asset is the wrong asset. Does anybody ever have the same issue?
Hi there. I've attempted to bring into Aero an animated GIF from Photoshop. First time I did a quick test and all was well. Gave it an action of 'play images' when the scene starts. I then went on to create my proper and final animated GIF for a project and followed the same import sequence. It doesn't work. I've tried all sorts:• Ensuring the image is square, less than 1024x1024• Exported the animated gif to play once / and also forever• Quit the project / quit Aero / restarted machine• Tried multiple new projects You name it, I've done it. The mad thing is that one of my test graphics that was failing to work started working later on when I'd come out of the project and had gone back in. No logic what so ever. I attach an animated GIF to see if anyone can import okay. I've tested the GIF by loading into a browser and you can see it animate. Green light stays on for 3 seconds, followed by 8 seconds of yellow and then returning to green. This is most frustratin
I made some projects with anchor image and if I had the app. installed all was fine, I can move in the real world and all the 3d models stay in their position, but If I don't had the app. installed all works only if I constant fram the image anchor. If I move in the real world and I don't frame the anchor image all stop and it tell to me to frame the anchor image. Instead if I had the app. installed thats doese't happen.It is possibile to fix it?
Hi. I have a problem with my adobe aero. I have already created and animated my object. So after I closed the app, when I open back, my object does not appear only the white screen only. Please help me what should I do. Thank you.

I am creating artwork in photoshop that is layered and then importing into Adobe aero. In aero desktop I am attaching the layered image to a print out of the composit image. So it pops out from the physical artwork. However the image gets jittery or shaken and is not usable. Any ideas?
Hi, I've been testing out Aero and I've been running into the issue of Aero not being able to read zipped files of .fbx with texture maps, or .obj with .mtl files, and .obj with texture maps. I've tried many different ways of naming these, making sure to only use the ASCII characters, but I still run into issue. Aero won't read my zipped .fbx files and always gives an error saying it wasn't able to import the asset, zipped .obj with just the .mtl comes in with no textures, and the zipped obj with texture maps comes in as a plane (not the model) with no textures. I've tried this on both mobile and desktop, and I get the same problems. It's able to read a .glb no problem, but these other file formats feel pretty standard and are more in line for what my company uses. Also on mobile it won't read .fbx files when it can on desktop.Any help would be very appreciated!
Hello. I´ve been working in a project using Aero, but some days ago an issue started: when I try to export the project, appears the next message: "Failed to export Project. Cannot export project while project is still loading".Project is not been saved on the go neither.¿does someone have the solution for this problem?
Hello! My class and I are doing a project on Adobe Aero, but nobody is able to create a link to share with our teacher. Weve tried using school wifi, multiple hotspots, and home wifi on our phones and macs, all of which come up with the same message.All of us have education/school accounts. The Aero and OS versions on our computers are:Aero version 0.18.4 macOS Ventura version 13.0

Bonjour à tous , je suis graphiste en 3d , j'ai testé Adobe Areo pour une faire des test pour un futur achat d'une haint telebbsion pour qui je trvaille , Adobe Areo est tout simplement un gouffre de catastrophe , rien ne fonctionne , aucuen explication claire nette et precise est apporté , comme par hasard sur les tuto englais tout fonctionne c'est une reellee perte de temps et d'energie - dans l'application iphone , la sequence obj avec texture mtl zippé n'est pas animé dans l'application et les textures inexistante - dans l'application iphone le FBX est tout simplement refusé - dans l'application iphone le fichier audio ( on peut importer de la musique c'est ecris ) c'est refusé passon l'application bureau ... - dans l'application desktop le zip est reconnu mais as de texture pas d'animation non plus - dans l'application desktop le FBX ne bouge tout simplement pas et pas de texture - dans l'application de
Hi, im having a problem with importing my model from unreal engine 5 i have used the correct files for example it said that it is conpatiablem with .fbx, .glb but when putting them into the desktop aero it gives me a unkown error and I do not know to how to pass it or fix the problem i also checked if aero can be used on windows desktop and it is but it's not letting me imporet anything, please hgelp me!!
I have set my installation language in my Creative Cloud Dashboard to Dutch, but my Aero app is in English.Adobe Aero version 2.18.4 (111), running on ipad ios 14.3To reproduce: set the installation language to Dutch in the Creative Cloud Dashboard, install Adobe Aero and open the app. And by the way, the option to report a bug from inside the app goes to a webpage that says UserVoice is no longer available.
Hey Adobe Aero Team,This may be a recent issue, but I found that when I imported and .mp3 audio track that sounded fine before going into aero turned tingy metalic and warped to some degree when importing. This may be a new bug since I hadn't experienced this earlier on with other projects. I was on Desktop (Macbook Pro M1) when I noticed this error. Thank you!

Hi! Jared here. I'm really enjoy the Aero app, but I'm struggling to create a link of a gif to play from an image anchor. When I try, it just tells me it can't create a link. I've attached a picture of the prompt, if anyone can help me I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance! Jared
I have been trying to create behaviors using images imported from Photoshop. Many of these images have a transparancy. I am using a Tap behavior to "show" a transparancy over another image to highlight it followed by "hide". Some of these work during preview mode, but some do not even though I use the exact same settings. Then, when I "share" the highlights are working, but are showing up behind the image not in front where they should. I have things layered in Aero so certain things should be on top, but it doesn't seem to matter... Please advise. FYI, I am using the desktop software to create.
Hi, I have created a 3D object in substance using custom images as materials, the images appear on my desktop preview but when I try adding to Aero which is what I need this object for, it doesn't show all the images, any help on this would be much appreciated.

A whole bunch of errors came out, I attached a screenshot. I had 16 GB of RAM and the computer was not busy with anything. How to give AERO more memory?
I have installed the Adobe Aero app on my Samsung Galaxy S22 and the app appears to be working fine. However, when I scan a QR code it takes me to a webpage that tells me I need to install the app. It has the question "Do you have Adobe Aero installed?", but there is no way to respond to this question and no button to push, only a link to the app in Google Play. The QR codes always take me to this page, with no way to then open the projects in the app. I have tried using both Chrome and Firefox on my phone, with the same results.
I just love Adobe Aero, but I didn't expect the tool has also a minus (problem): when I export 3D Metallic object (Banner) as gITF, the Metallic effect's lost (Banner 2). There's also a video how that looks. How to solve this problem?I also have a question about 3D layers. Is that possible to select and animate individually in iPad, iPhone? Hi,My team is currently building a game in Adobe Aero. We are using mostly stock 3D models and a mix of PSD files, creating diorama type scenes. We have some basic interactivity with 1-3 objects in a scene, where users can tap an object to move it. We also have embedded links in the scenes, that link to other Aero scenes. We are experiencing some weird issues, that weren't present during our initial testing. i.e. when we tested. We rolled out a beta version of the game for 1000+ people at a conference, and the issues showed up. Everything worked in testing, but when 100's of people were accessing the scenes at the same time, a lot of things suddenly didn't work. Scene file sizes ranged from 5MB to 40MB.Issues we experienced:- scenes would not load all components, despite having stable and good internet connect w/ good down/up speeds. Users were all around the world, and a large chunk of them were on location of the conference. All users experienced this issue.- scene links would not wo
Hi, I picked up my Aero project today after leaving it for two weeks. Now Aero crashes whenever I try to import something from disk. I've tried *.glb files and animated png sequences in *.zip format. I'm on windows 10. Any advice? Thanks,Willem
Hi there, I'm reporting a bug within the recent 0.18 "App Clip" release. It seems that AR experiences viewed within the App Clip draw layers in the reverse order than is expected when compared to the full app / desktop preview. See the attached screenshots for examples of how it looks in the full app (Image 1) versus using the App Clip (Image 2). Hoping to get this bug squashed soon. Cheers. 🙂
