User experience steps

Hello.
Please, correct me if I'm mistaken.
I have tried various services like Overlyapp and Arivive.

Now, I have also tried Aero because I have a subscription and thought, why not?

In my case, I have an image that I use as an anchor, with animated layers on top. The animation is created using After Effects or Cinema 4D. On my end as a developer, I upload and combine all the elements together and then publish it. Everything seems fine from my perspective.

But this is how the user experiences it:

1 The user needs to scan a QR code, even if they already have the Aero app installed.
2 Once they scan the code, they need to open the specific project.
3 Next, they have to download all the video assets that I used. It's worth noting that Adobe only supports GIF format for these assets, which tends to have a large file size.
4 Finally, the user can use their camera for object recognition.

Is my understanding correct?
