Camera Raw

Hello, I thought this might be the place to put my problem. I have a DJI Inspire 1 with the Zenmuse X5r camera. Recently I acquired a lens that isn't officially supported by DJI but operates like normal, it focuses, changes aperture shoots video, and takes photos. The issue that I am running into is that when the new lens (Lumix 25mm F/1.7) is used to take a RAW DNG photo, it won't allow the file to be read properly in lightroom or Photoshop. The message I am getting when I import it into Lightroom is "It depends on an unsupported case" but all the metadata is there, the file size is accurate (roughly 30mb,) correct dimensions, etc.What I am saying is that the wrong lens is corrupting the files so I can't edit them, is there anything I can do to fix this so I can use the photos? 

Microsoft Surface Book II,16GB of RAM, Core i7 8650U processor, NVidia GTX 1060 w/ 6GB of RAM, Windows 10 Pro. Graphics acceleration is turned on. The Camera Raw cache is set to 5GB. GPU driver updates are applied as released.  Whenever I try to open RAW file in ACR, it is unbearably, unusably slow. I can work on the same file in Lr and it's fine. Working on multi-gigabyte PSD/PSB files in Ps is fine, too. The ACR filter in Ps is fine, as would be expected. in ACR, moving any of the sliders is halting and completely unsmooth. Making a fine adjustment with the sliders is impossible. When I try to move a slider, there's a delay of 5-10 seconds before the slider actually moves and I can see the extent of the adjustment. I have to wait 30-40 seconds, sometimes longer for the adjustment to be reflected in the image.  The laptop isn't a speed demon, it's no antique either. It's a decently spec'd machine.  What could be causing this extreme slowness in ACR?&

How dare you, Adobe. In the last update you have not included the much requested Canon CR3 profiles for the lenses RF 15-35mm L IS USM, RF 24-70mm L IS USM and the few days appearing RF 70-200mm L IS USM.The publication of these lenses in this forum has already been reminded several times. How dare you to ignore this demand. 

Dell XPS laptop Win 10 64-bit  ACR13  Bridge 8.1.0  PSCC 21.2.4 Just updated all 3 plus updated NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1030Now I cannot add metadata to any images. No images are read only. Reverted to ACR 12.2.1 as suggested on a thread and the problem persists.This has effectively halted my workflow.Please help.Thxfrustrated photog

The histogram shown in ACR v 13 has the usual clipping warning indicators in the upper corners...but they don't work. Is there some setting somewhere to turn them on?

Hello Everyone. I am running Camera Raw 13,  and Bridge Version: 10.1.1.166I can do all my editing inside the Camera Raw, but when i clik Open with Phososhop,  Photoshop Opens with no images.Also, Inside Bridge, If I want to open a Image inside Photoshop, Photoshop Opens with no ImagesThanks.

Camera Raw 13's new crop functionality is slow and ugly.  I'm running Windows 10 1909 with an i7-7700K with 32 GB RAM and a Geforce GTX 970.  I prefer the better method of cropping where the image isn't moved around and a black or gray (configurable) mask covers the cropped areas.  With the grid lines and the screen jumping around it's completely unusable.  Whoever developed this feature made a problem instead of solving other issues in usability.  Camera Raw was best in 2011 before all these flashy features started showing up. Adobe must understand that people who actually use Bridge are looking for something that's not flashy since our workflow is in a professional space.  We're not griping here because we're hobbyists, it's because we're professionals looking for a professional interface that we can depend on to be consistent. And I'm editing on a WUXGA resolution screen.  If I did this on my 4K monitors, it'd grind to a halt. This i

My PC has just installed the latest CC updates and the new ACR has several issues.  The presets I used to have under the curves section have completely disappeared, in fact, I no longer have any curve options such as linear, light etc.The major problem though, is that the application is now so slow that it's unusable.  If click on any of the category options such as curves, optics or so on, there is a time lag of several seconds before anything happens. If anyone has encountered similar problems and been able to sort them out, I would be immensely grateful if you would share your know how, because at this rate, I shall have to give up using it! Thanks for any help.

Hi I am having trouble with my Wacom Intuos pro medium/pen working with the new Camera Raw 13.0I have downloaded the latest drivers for this tablet but it is still not working.  I cannot move the sliders but I can open the various tabs by my usual clicks!  Also just tried my mouse and that's not work either!What am I doing worng?

The save button seems to have disappeared in ACR 13?  I want to save multiple files that I have worked on to a folder, as jpegs and all at a preset size, as I used to in ACR 10.I have worked on 20 files but can only click done, and save the Nefs, then have to open each one separately in PS to save as jpeg, surely this can't be right!

Help I am new to  ACR 13Is there a way to make the crop tool crop the area you want to crop? Rather than it making a crop size and then having to move the picture into position?Also is it possible to move the toolbar from the right-hand side to either the left or preferably along the top so it is easier to access?

I've edited my RAW images in camera raw, and it seems they've saved to bridge! How do I now get these edited photos from camera raw/ bridge into Lightroom? I have a MAC. also, how to I then download them as a a file such as jpeg

I don't know who you let get a hold of Camera RAW, but it's a tick short of useless to use now. Chief complaints:- Film strip across the bottom of the screen is a terrible idea. It reduces the size of the preview image. It was perfect where it was on the left. Quick changing things for the sake of change.- The mouse wheel no longer works when hovering over the film strip. Give me a break. I actually have to go click on the slider arrows to scroll the images now? Utterly stupid.- The Save As button was just fine where it used to be. Changing it to an icon is an awful idea. Iconic user interfaces are a much worse user experience. Put it back to text and place it where it belongs. Under the filmstrip on the left.- Who ever decided it was ok to let some programmer have at it and destroy something that used to be great....should be fired.- Camera RAW used to be a joy to use. Now its terrible. Fix it.

I installed last updates of Photoshop, Lightroom and Adobe Camera RAW. Since then mouse pointer in ACR doesn't work properly. It is visible, but changes from white into black and can't move any sliders. Sometimes it works only on click. Using crop - for example - I can't do anything. Changing brightness - another example - I can't move sliders, but I can click on the sliders and it works a bit. Neve before I had such issue. Other apps in this update are working as before (ok). What should I do? I am using Windows 10 (Polish version) Home, compilation 19041.572

Just updated to version 22.0 of Photoshop. In camera raw cannot use mouse to move any of the sliders. especially in the basic tab. I am useing Window 10 version 2004 Has anyone else reported this and are there and settings in need to change.  

hi,In previous versions of acr you could type x in the croptool to crop part of image. Pressing X loops through landscape and portrait crop.How should this be done now ? kind regards,w      

Hi, I need 1DX Mark III camera profiles in lightroom. I can't work with Adobe profile, the skin has different colors...  please works for Us  

I have the latest version of ACR (12.2.1.417) in PS CC 2020. In ACR I don't see the Adobe Profiles (i.e. Standard, Ladscvpae, Vivid, Neutral etc). All I see in the "Profile" is "Color" and "Monochrome". I went to Preferences Dialogue Box and set the Raw Defaults/Master to "Adobe" default. I even dropped down to choose presets dialogue box andfdon't see the Adobe presets.I tunrd PS and on again and still don't see the Adobe profile in ACR.What do you think is the problem?Thanks

Ever since the latest upgrade, camera raw filter doesn't work properly.  When I load it, the photo is distorted and garbled.  It's doing the same thing in the previous version. 

HELP!! I can't drag any of the sliders in the new version of ACR.  Part of the update and neeeds another update.  Or what?

My camera raw is missing some tools on the tool bar like the hsl tool is there a way to fix this and adjust the tool bar

Updated today ,10/20, and it is unusable! It was very slow uploading my latest images from camera via Bridge Photo Uploader, and I can not open them up into ACR! Also, there is no metadate shown, and when I went back into older folders, vertical images were sideways, and w/0 metatdata!

Just tried to install the latest DNG Converter V13.0  on Windows Server and received "Windows 10 and above required" message. When will the software be available for Windows Server? ThanksDale
