I updated ACR and Photoshop yesterday (8/19/19) to the latest CC version.Now when I load raw images into ACR, select all of them, and apply straightening using Upright, ACR is applying the change only to the first image selected. These are multiple exposures of the same image. In the past I would select them all, and use either the "A" auto straightening, or Guided Upright to straighten all images exactly the same way. Then I can load as a stack in PS and work with all the layers. Now straightening is only applying to the first selected image. It really messes me up.I didn't have time to fool with it yesterday, so I tried to roll back to the previous version and Creative Cloud wiped out all my presets, actions, and preferences. So it's been a fantastic 24 hours. Obviously I tried a reinstall. I went back to the previous version, which gave me the previous PS, but NOT the previous ACR, so again I installed the newest version and still no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
Help! I have a mac running OS Sierra, I updated camera raw today in creative cloud and now photoshop (v20.0.7) won't recogize any files. I don't have the option to uninstall the camera raw like my other apps. I tried opening the camera raw plug in in photoshop and it says that the file is not found.
I just updated the Camera Raw 12.0. Now Photoshop won't open selected jpegs and RAW Files.Is this a bug? Do I need to update to Photoshop CC 21 for this? As of now I cannot update it because it is not compatible to Mac OS 10.12.6. The next available update is Mac OS Catalina.
I think this started after I did the 11.4.1 update but I rolled it back to 10.5 and I'm still having the issue. So maybe it's the Photoshop update that caused it. Or maybe I've accidently changed a setting. I tried the Camera RAW 12.0 update to no avail. I haven't updated to Photoshop 21.0 yet. Sony ARWs are not opening as default raw files, they have a lens profile (box checked) and some amount of contrast/brightness applied to them (all settting at default) . In Faststone Image Viewer, they look like the nice flat files I shot. I opened a folder in Bridge and could see the thumbnails change one-by-one as whatever preset was being applied to them. This doesn't happen with Canon RAW files. All images settings are saved via sidecar files and there are no pre-existing XMPs for these images. Windows 10Photoshop 20.0.7Camera RAW 10.5, 11.4.1, 12.0
I'm running macOS Sierra (10.12.6) and today the Creative Cloud automatically updated "Camera Raw"on my computer. Since the update, I am unable to open .jpg or .jpeg files inside of Photoshop (20.0.7). Please help! I continually get error: "Could not place "_____.jpg" because the file was not found.
I just updated Camera RAW on my iMac and I cannot open RAW files. No Camera RAW. The only copy of application is from 2010 {Thread title edited by moderator}

Hi, I noticed somethig strange in LinearizationTable interpolation after conversion of lossy NEF files to DNG (using 11.4.1 for example). I was expecting a strictly increasing table, but the DNG conversion results in some repeated values, which is highly unexpected for a LUT of this purpose (assuming the theory described here is correct). Hi,I'm currently using Adobe DNG SDK 1.5 which is very useful to me in order to perform Raw to DNG / TIFF or JPEG conversion within a GNU/Unix environement. I'm working with a code close to this one: raw2dngThanks to version 1.5, I managed to get a lot of cameras well intepreted by the converter. Unfortunately, recent ones such as Canon EOS Rebel SL2 are not supported. Conversion leads to faulty white balance, resulting in a "green filter" rendering.DNG Converter is performing well on those recent cameras, so I think the release of DNG SDK v1.6 may be the solution to my problems. It's amazing an open format as DNG has been initated and supported by Adobe. I wish this support may continue in the future!
When I try to use Camera Raw as a filter to sharpen an image I get the screen shown in the attachment. Sliders are missing until I mouse over their location. What is up with that? {Thread title edited by moderator}
Hi,I am working on camera integration project in .NET and the desired output is DNG. we are able to read the rawdata from the camera, we are unable to convert the same to DNG format. any suggestions / code snippets will help us to take it further. regardsSuresh
Blacks turn bright blue in Camera Raw Filter when I increase values for Shadow/Contrast/Black and even in many cases Texture and Clarity.... This has been going on for a while now and wasn't fixed after the last update. I use Photoshop CC 20.0.7. Camera Raw Filter settings are all default. System info: Windows 10 Pro, GeForce MTX graphics card. Thanks for any help, cheers.
Hi there, We are sorry about the issue you are facing with the Camera Raw interface. Would you mind sharing some details related to the computer you are using like the version of the operating system you are running and the Graphics Card you have? Also, what is the version of Photoshop and Camera Raw currently installed on your computer? Do you have any issues with the Camera Raw interface when opening a Raw file in Photoshop directly, when it first opens with Camera Raw or the issue only comes up when accessing Camera Raw through the filter menu? Since the last update to Camera Raw 11.4.1, the transform tool won't work with multiple exposures of the same image selected. I have a Nikon D610. I shoot 3 exposures of the same thing, and when I have all 3 selected in Camera Raw, I choose the transform tool to align them. It used to adjust them all the same. Now it doesn't. All 3 shots are adjusted differently. Anyone else having this issue? I found a work-around, but it's taking too much time and isn't exact. Adobe, fix this, please!
Just upgrate everything and noticed new version camera raw work so uncorrect dont see difference between gorizontal and vertical pics when i crop it can you please tell me how it roll back

Maybe this can't be done, but here's my story: A while back I received an email from a photographer I follow. He was participating in a "Photography Bundle" where a group of people proficient in Photoshop, Lightroom, and general photography pooled their collective teaching resources and offered something from everyone for a discounted price. You know this kind of thing. Anyway, I bought the bundle becuase of a specific Photoshop tutorial I was interested in. This tutorial was well worth the price of the bundel. However, the bundle also came with a plethora of Lightroom Presets (in the .lrtemplate format). The thing is, I don't have Lightroom. (As it stands, I'm still running Photoshop CS6 because I'm too much of a Scrooge to subscribe to another monthly fee on top of all the others to which I subscribe: Netflix et al.) Before I trash all these Lightroom presets as worthless to me, is there a way that I can import them into Adobe Camera Raw or Photoshop without having Lig
I have been processing ORF files successfully or so I thought in PhotoshopCC. A friend suggested that I would get a better result if I used the OlympusWorkspace software to convert the ORF files to 16 bit TIFFs and then work on them in in Photoshop. I tried this and found it to be true, especially with shots at 1600 ISO. The resulting JPEGS are sharper and more detailed. This is really annoying as it puts in extra steps to my workflow, the Olympus converter is quite slow, and I end up with an extra TIFF file to save. On the plus side I have a better image in the end. Is the latest Camera Raw - just updated - still not up to scratch in processing Olympus ORF files?
Is there a way in Camera Raw to show the focus point used by the camera. I shoot in raw.
I just brought the new Sony a6600. Lightroom and photo shop will not view them in Raw.
I have seen a few posts on this topic but no clear solution. I have just today upgrades to Photoshop and Bridge 2019 from 2017. Everything was fine in 2017. However, now my cameral Raw interface is too large for the sreen and I have to keep moving it around to use it. Most annyoing and very inefficient. I am seriously thinking of just going back to the 2017 verison unless there is a solution. Like others I've tried various things and nothing has worked. If anyone has had success at fixing this please let me know. My defualt computer layout is at the recommended 150% and my resolutoin is 1920x1080, also the reccomended. I really don't want to mess with those and frankly, shouldn't have to. Thanks in advance for any thoughts before I ditch this version! Lenovo Think Pad 14 Inch /Windows 10.
I'm trying to erase some adjustments from an adjustment brush that I've applied. I click Erase as usual, but as soon as I click the image with the eraser to erase the area, the selection option becomes "Add" again, and start painting brush instead of erasing it. Additionally, when I try to add/remove brush from a gradient adjustment, nothing happens when I click Brush. I've just realized that this happening today, and wasn't an issue before.
Hi,Since the last update of camera raw 11.4.1 or the instalation of imac Catalina, both same day. When i use the camera raw brush to apply a effect like enhance a area, i can erase what i just painted. When i click on erase it switch back to paint. I use a imac up to date and all my adobe software are up to date tothanks for help
