I need your help  I use Captivate 2019, when want to publish project to my computer I see that I don't have it in my menu, please see attached file : Can you explain me please how publish for computer and in my project I have video , I want after publish video have HD. Hello!I've asked this question before here but then I actually heard from Adobe support themselves that they are looking into a solution that will replace flash, that might help to convert flash content. With that said, they said I could continue to publish in both SWF and HTML.Have you also heard about this? If so, do you continue to publish your e-learning in both formats? Or do you re-publish/publish in HTML only until this solution is official? Another question, when previewing in HTML output rollover captions works on some slides and on some not at all. Do any of you know why?Thanks in advance!

I'm starting to design a VR project with a series of pano's.  Loving your UI.  1) You have a hotspot for embedding an image, could you also add a hotspot for embedding a square video (doesn't have to bend to the sphere as Premiere) justa square box like an image only with video.  2) Other two suggestions that are neededis ability to zoom in and out in the VR panorama and ability to resize the pano and then it would be totally there.  Thanks

Hi, I'm new to Captivate and am having trouble figuring out how to publish a software simulation in a format that would work on our Confluence wiki site. The only format I can see that would work on the wiki is video format, but that wouldn't allow the learner to practice the steps within the software simulation. Maybe this isn't possible at all? We don't want to use SWF since I heard that won't be supported in the near future. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm quite new to all of this and don't understand what our options would be.

I have 1 empty slide with only 1 image.How can i change the css of the image (or button/shape) after publishing.I can not find the css of the image.

Hi,I've Implemented 2 Characters, but as a smartshape. I added some TTS audio to both. So now i want to play the second character after the first one, without using timeline. so i want that if first end to start the second one. I wanted to do it over conditional formatting, but i do not know how to use the smartobject in the conditional tab(if case).If "smartshape1" is activethen      "smartshape2" is "invisible"else     "smartshape2" is "visible"Perhaps anyone could help me how I can request "smartshape1" in the if case statementthx Franz

Captivate 9I have a new requirement to create a course. Throughout the course there are 5 hot spot questions, which appear between non-quiz slides. Then at the end of the course there are 10 multiple choice questions. The requirement states the 5 hot spot questions that appear between non-quiz slides are to be included towards the score. No problem, all 15 quiz questions will be tagged as graded.My issue is on failure retake. How does the learner see only the 15 questions after they select the retake button? Currently they go to the first graded question, but proceeding from the 1st graded question forces the learner to go through the non-quiz slides. Is there a retake graded questions only mode by selecting the retake quiz button?

Hi, I am having an issue with Captivate 2019 crashing whenever I click the More Options button for a text entry box. I am following a tutorial to create the text entry box on a slide with a single a fluid box. If anyone has come across this and/or can help me troubleshoot I would appreciate it.

I have now spent two days on this and I still cannot find out how to publish a interactive Captivate project to my company's website, it works fine on my computer, but it does not work on anyone else's. It seems that no matter what I try, it still needs to read the file off of my computer.

Just wondering if there is a way to change the color of the initial "Play" button for HTML5 projects. The rest of the project is not published with any playback controls.The current grey button is too light to pass Accessibility contrast ratios. TIA!

This works within Captivate but as I preview within the SCORM cloud it doesn't work. Not too sure how it can work in one and not the other.

Hi, I have inserted an interaction (accordion widget) into a course.  When I preview the course in both SWF and HTML5 Browsers it responds correctly.  However, when I publish to our LMS (Cornerstone), as soon as you click on the first Label the course automatically advances to the next slide.  The learner does not have a chance to read the content or click on other labels on the widget.  Please advice.(Using Captivate 2019)Thank you,Melody

Is it possible to enable automatic scaling in the Responsive project? I have not found how.When reducing the screen size to a mobile format, the font size remains the same.It is necessary to make it decrease too when the screen size is reduced.Can you please tell me how to do this?Thanks in advance!Sincerely, Eugene!

I'm having a problem with the text in a fluid box. When shrinking the browser height, after the text shrinks to a certain size, it then becomes larger and partially hidden, with the dumb gray box popping up. I set the minimum font size to 8, but I feel that the problem occurs before it reaches that point. Is there some way around this issue?

Hi Everyone,I've created an interaction where participants can click 6 different buttons, each button allows a different object to appear and audio will play. Is there a way to disable the 5 other buttons while the audio for the clicked button is play and then enable them again when the audio is over and the object disappears again?

Using Adobe Presenter 11, why when I publish a youtube link does it only show up when it is saved as a HTML5?? Thoughts

In a software simulation training, I inserted a text entry box on a slide. If the user clicks into the TEB and enters the wrong text the failure message appears which is good, however if they click around the slide, not in the text entry box, there is no feedback telling them that is incorrect. Is there any way I can make this happen? On the other slides, the user needs to click certain spots to be "correct" I'd like it to stay consistent on all slides.

Am in the final stages of creating a course (using a trial version at the moment of Captivate 11).It was originally created by someone else and I have taken it over (been v interesting to say the least).Two issues that are stumping me:1.     Have used the glossary Widget and when I run the Project all works fine but when I publish it the glossary does not work and a blank page appears where the glossary should be. I thought it was to do with flashplayer but that is enabled. Am using Windows 10 btw. Any ideas?2.     The second is all to do with the Quiz Summary template.a.     Am I right in assuming that that will only display when the quiz has been completed and the slide will not open? This appears to be happening but then I appear to jump to a particular slide but can't work out where that is set.b. I have a knowledge check slide and I want to add a button on it that takes the user to an external URL. I don't want it to be compulsory - I just want there to be a "Learn more" button that directs the learner to external content. I tried to insert a widget button but apparently it's not supported in HTML5 format. Is there another way to add such a button on a knowledge check?

I am currently running a full version of Captivate 10.  I have downloaded the Neo voices and they show in the C:/programfiles/adobe/VT folder.  How do I get them to show up in speech management?

Hello,Is there a way to export a project in HTML and have the full path of every assets and references in the html/js files instead of the relative reference?E.G.:In the index.html file of the published project there is a reference to a JS that looks like this:script.src = 'assets/js/CPXHRLoader.js';But instead I would like to have the full reference of the file, especially when publishing to a sharepoint directly.Ideally the same line of code would look like this:script.src = 'https://company.sharepoint.com/teams/SiteName/SiteAssets/Program/ProjectName/assets/js/CPXHRLoader.js';or even likescript.src = 'C:/Documents/Program/ProjectName/assets/js/CPXHRLoader.js'; when publishing to a local drive.So far i had to look to every reference in all the files and replace them manually which is really time consuming.Any help would be much appreciated.Thanks

Hello all!Wondering if there is a way for users to be able to print a slide (or every slide) from a published project.Thank you in advance for your expertise.

We have learners losing Internet and still completing the course because it is preloaded. They think they are done only to have the LMS later tell them they aren't. Is there a way to alert the user when they lose internet connection? Or a way for a course to re-establish a connection to an LMS after Internet is restored? Or a way to keep the course from pre-loading? Thanks!

Is it possible to do the following in Captivate?1) The user is given a line drawing and a set of swatches.2) The user drags and drops the swatches or does some other action that results in the paths being colored in. For example:3) Version one, this is assigned as a "creativity" task, there is no "right" answer, for example, perhaps instead of what you see above, the user might have preferred to create this color scheme:4) Version two, this is assigned as a quiz question to test the users understanding of a color harmony "rule". For example, if the instruction was "colorize this image using cool colors", then the image shown in (2) above would be "correct" and the one shown in (3) would not.
