How do you share a form fillable pdf in adobe connect? ItI used to do it like I would share any other document but now it says "could not process document for viewing." Anyone know what cahnged and how to fix it?

We have a cloud account and 50 hosts and would like a simple way for all  to access support  city.adobeconnect.com - we cant work out what  help are we paying for and how do we get to it? Is there one number we can ring or one email to use? We find it a maze web pages, blogs and forums and then hit an enterprise type interface - but can we use it?If anyone has cracked it - please share your system with us.Sandra at City Univeirsty London

I apologize if this isn't the correct forum to answer this question. What do folks do with previous app versions, ie, Illy 88, InDesign CS, Photoshop 1.0, etc? Can they be just discarded or is it important to successive app versions? Thank you in advance.

I am trying to set up audio conferencing on my Adobe Connect Pro 7.5 so I am able to record a discussion online.  So both myself and the participants on the call would be recorded. For my audio profiles, Premier Global (Premier NA) is set up as the participating provider.  Which Premier Global audio account is used with Adobe Connect Pro 7.5 so an Adobe Connect session using teleconferencing can be recorded?

I see in the product documentation for AdobeConnect 9 that there is an option to mute all participants including those on integrated telephony. I don't see this option in the control panel.Anyone get it to work?Thanks,jonathan

I am currently teaching math classes using Adobe Connect.  One of my students consistently loses audio when I load a layout with either a swf file or pdf file.  Other students have no trouble viewing the files.  Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

I have just upgraded my test environment to Connect 9 successfully but when i log in I get an Adobe Acrobat Connect 7 Profesional error. I didn't get this when we were on Connect 8. I have recently upgraded to Conenct 9 and it looks like all is fine apart from if I try to create a Virtual Classroom. I can click on Virtual Classroom from the Home tab and it takes me to the page where it asks to Enter Virtual Classroom Information. I enter the details and when I click Next or Finish I get a screen saying Not Found and The selected resource does not exist. Any ideas?

My webinar recording freezes at 41:26 when it should play through 57:28. No technical difficulties occurred during the live presentation when it was recorded. How do I fix this?

I'm trying to link my ReadyTalk line to my AdobeConnect for a webinar.  I want the presenters to call in on the ReadyTalk line and I want the webinar attendees to be able to hear the presentations via their computer speakers.  Can anyone help me figure this out?

I have been having difficulties viewing recorded meetings on my iPad. When I click in the link, it opens in a web browser with an error stating I need flash player to view it.  I have downloaded the adobe connect app.  I copy and past the link in the adobe connect app and I am still sent to a web browser.  What good is the adobe connect app if you cannot view a meeting on it?

Hi, does anyone know if the recording in Adobe Connect are not able to include the presenters webcam? The pod is there, but the webcam is seemingly not recorded. Any ideas?

I've been using Adobe Connect for about a year now and I've never had any problems with it up until 2 weeks ago. Each time I try to launch a class, the add-in freezes on the "Adobe Connect Connecting" page. The blue bar goes all the way until 100% and then nothing happens. I usually have to launch the classroom 4-5 times before it finally connects. Furthermore, the class normally freezes once or twice whilst in the middle of a lecture and I have to leave and re-enter (sometimes having to make multiple attempts to get in again). I currently use: Chrome Windows 8 I have tried: Clearing my cache, cookies, etc. I have tried Firefox and IE (same results)I tried deactivating Avast as well as Windows Firewall I tried adding the ports 1935, 443, and 80 to the firewall exceptions. I have unistalled the Adobe Connect add-in and tried to use the brower plugin. I have reinstalled Flash and the add-in I am at a loss for what to do. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Recently we have started to experience problems with some participants within our classrooms.  Certain participants all of a sudden lose their connection to the meeting room and so get kicked out of the session.  The classroom then automatically re-loads and the participant gets in but this is of course very disruptive for the participants.It does not affect all participants, only a proportion in each meeting (it is always the same participants in recurring meetings that we run).  Other participants in the same meeting (including us as hosts) have no problems at all.  It has only started in the last couple of weeks and initially was isolated to one particular meeting room/set of delegates, but in the last couple of days has started to have an impact upon other meeting rooms.I have been in touch with the Connect Support Team but the only solutions they have offered so far is that the participant could be using inadequate browsers or internet connections.  This i

Hello,I need to ask a question about this statement in Connect as it is causing confusion, unfortunately. I need to confirm that,  If "No close date" is selected, and the user does not enter or click on the link to enter the curriclum, within one month from the start date, the student will no longer have access to the currlculum (the link to the course and content will no longer work). If they do enter, they have access to their content indefinitelyIs there another way to interpret this statement that is being missed by the group?Thank you for any input.

Hi Guys,              i'm running into the issue that users able to download the mp4 recorded meeting in there andrio phone.i tested on the Samsung S4 and when i click on the recorded meeting link, the app that ask me to download first or play the content.So, users are able to downloand the mp4 recorded meeting. How do we protect that?thx
