Hi Guys,              i'm running into the issue that users able to download the mp4 recorded meeting in there andrio phone.i tested on the Samsung S4 and when i click on the recorded meeting link, the app that ask me to download first or play the content.So, users are able to downloand the mp4 recorded meeting. How do we protect that?thx

We are using hosted Adobe Connect version 9.1.1 and want to push out a flash version to all of our computers. We were going to use Flash 11.9, but it is no longer available. Version 12 is the current version. Is this version certified to work with Connect 9.1.1?

I was of the understanding that this should be working? Has anyone had any success with it? I want to allow my users to access their curriculum through multiple devices. Iwant them to be able to access all/any type of content - including exams and quizzes exported by Captivate to Connect.If this indeed is not available yet, does anyone know when it will be? Any ideas would be great

Hi!Im using Adobe Connect 9.1.1, and I have followed the instructions to activate SSO with NTLM in the installation guide:* Synched user-accounts with my AD, by using LDAP* Changed login policy to use account-name instead of email* Changed authentication mode to use LDAP-authentication* Added NTLM_DOMAIN=mydomain (tried normal name, windows 2000 name, etc), to "9.1.1\Custom.ini"* Added NTLM_SERVER=IP of my AD-server, to "9.1.1\Custom.ini"* Modified appserv\web\WEB-INF\web.xml, so I have uncommented NTLM-section and commented out Header-section* Restarted "Central Application"-service and "Meeting"-serviceIt works if I manually log in with my AD user/password on the normal Adobe Connect login-page. But SSO wont work.If I log on to the server with my AD-account and open Internet Explorer and go to the login-page, It first shows the Windows standard "Login to domain" popup. I type in my correct account-name and password, but then I get redirected to the normal Adobe Connect Login-page . I

Question:What are the possible bad consequences of developing an Adobe Connect share pod using Flex SDK 4.1?To elaborate:I am developing a share pod using the Collaboration SDK. The documentation for the Collaboration SDK states:Collaboration Builder applications must use the Flex 3.5 SDK and be compiled for Flash Player 9.For the pod I'm developing, I want to include features (namely OSMF 1.5) that require Flex SDK 4.1. The thread on that is at: http://forums.adobe.com/message/5992344.The share pod (developed using Flex SDK 4.1) so far seems to work, including sending messages through the Syncconnector. But I haven't tested extensively and I'm worried about encountering issues as I continue down this path.

I would like to enable all meetings to start with the 'Allow participants to use Microphones' option enabled.  This is to allow users to connect their microphones by VoIP without having to go into the options and enabling this each time a meeting starts.  In Connect 8 this was an option that appeared automatically when the audio conference was started but in Connect 9.1 it does not appear automatically.I am running Connect 9.1 with integrated audio from MeetingOne.

I'm exploring the use of breakout rooms, having never before used them, and have a few questions.1) Can each room have its own screen share pod, i.e. an attendee in Breakout Room 1 shares their screen for the room's participants while another attendee in Breakout Room 2 does the same?2) Since each person in the breakout room is automatically designated as a Presenter, will it let me as host bump them back down to Participant without removing them from the room?3) If a person needs to be removed from the entire session, would they first need to be removed from the breakout room?4) If someone in the breakout room is disconnected, will they automatically reconnect the the breakout room when they reconnect?

I am developing a Flash Project to be loaded into a share pod in Adobe Connect with the goal of playing Amazon Cloudfront live multibitrate streams in AC. I have a project developed in Flash Builder 4.6 using Flex sdk 4.1 and OSMF.swc 1.5, tagetting Flash Player 10.1. The best I have been able to accomplish is to play the stream locally in Flash Player but not when the swf is loaded into Adobe Connect. I have also successfully played an f4m stream hosted by Adobe when the player IS loaded in Adobe Connect. Hi everyone. I have searched around a bit but can't seem to find recommendations on the very best settings in Adobe Connect (and/or recommendations on server location) to get the best possible VOIP experience for participants.While little dropouts in VOIP audio occur (and can be expected when participants leave email open in the background and the internet gets congensted for a second etc...) we fairly regularly have the problem that participants on VOIP cannot hear each other well.For example, today I hosted a session in Brisbane, Australia. I could hear two participants - one in Sydney and one in Perth - quite clearly. But they could barely hear each other. This happens quite a bit - I am loud a clear to the participants as the host and presenter, but they often struggle to hear when I unmute a training participant to ask me a question via audio - I often end up having to repeat what they said to all the other participants.Any tips on how we can strengthen the VOIP audio between part

My Adobe Connect quits after 5 minutes or so more, only when I am the presenter or the host.I use a MacBookPro OS 10.9. There is no difference between Firefox, Safari or Crome all come up with a freeze after about 5 minutesThe only way to go on is force a stop and start again and after 5 minutes yes freeze again.I tryed to explain yhis to Adobe, but after 3 weeks I still have no answere. Is this so exceptionel that nobody knows the answere?Up till now a collegue tooks over but that is not the way we want to do business. We are considering integrating Adobe Connect support directly into an enterprise app as the Connect infrastructure is already in place.However, we'd like the app to receive notifications when a chat message is received in a particular pod, and then be able to send a chat message to the pod.  We don't want to have to full meeting interface always displayed to do that.However, I don't see anything in the XML API on how to interact with a meeting once it's been joined.  Are there any options available to do that?

As of today, I can only share my desktop using Adobe Connect. I can no longer share individual applications or windows.Concidentally, a number of Microsoft updates were applied to my Windows 7 laptop late yesterday (December 11th, 2013). Sharing worked fine for extended sessions earlier in the day yesterday and Tuesday, so this is a very recent development. I have already tried rebooting my laptop.I am running version 11.2.385.0 of he Adobeconect Add-In, Firefox 25.0.1, and Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

I am a first time host, just started in Oct. '13--AC Meeting. Paid for 3 hosts. While 1 host was on with 5 attendees, she couldn't chat and got a warning notice that we were almost exceeding the 80% limit for hosts. How can this be if only 1 host was leading the meeting? Other questions:2. Can I make a repeated weekly meeting for the same group? When I create a User meeting, it only gives me drop-downs with one date option and 1 duration time. But I'd like to make this a weekly meeting, same day and time.3. When 2 hosts are in the meeting, we show up as Host 1 and Host 2. How can I change this to the real name of Host #2?4. How can I create a group so that I don't have to manually add each attendee to the participant list?Thanks!lmi2dl

For Compliance purposes, it is required that our learners periodically take an exam on regulations and receive a passing grade.  We need to maintain a report of their results.  We have set up the exam in Adobe Presenter and published it as Content.  Then we set up a Course that consisted of that exam.  In order to see users' results in the Course report, do the users need to be enrolled in the course?  Rather than have to import our entire list of over 1500 associates into the course as an enrolled user, we would rather post the link to the course on our intranet page and have our users log into the course and take the exam, but we are uncertain if the system will track their results if they are not enrolled?

Can a live Adobe Connect meeting be viewed from an external Flash-based player (not a recording, but the actual meeting taking place live)? If so, what is the API to use?

Hi!I need to uninstall Adobe Connect from my computer with Mac OS X. In my ~/Library/Preferences there is no Macromedia, no Flash Player and no www.macromedia.com/bin/connectaddin. Trying to login to Adobe Connect and receive the message that your account has expired.

Using the Adobe Connect Interface, I can create a user and check the checkbox to "Prompt user to change password after next login".Can I achieve the same result using the API? The principal-update action doesn't offer such an option and, as far as I can tell, there isn't another action to do so either.Thank you.

Hi and Seasons Greetings,I use Defense Connect Online (DCO), so this may be a function of a downstream application.I am presenting larger and larger presentations and need a way to jump back and forth on slides quickly. The outline view doesn't show slide #s, relying on the title ... that may be some generic wording if the creator didn't make the slide right.The thumb tab view *might* be useful, but I can't get it to show up.I see the following in help articles:Note: If you upload your presentations directly from your computer and into a meeting, the Thumb tab is not displayed. Adobe recommends adding presentations to a meeting from the Content library.So I uploaded a presentation to "My Content" and used that in the meeting, but still no thumb tab. I see "Shared Content" as a choice to share a file from, but I cannot find how to load anything into "Shared Content". Is there another "Content Library" I am missing?I appreciate any help.

Hello,, I need your help.  I had to cancel a virtual Photoshop users group meeting last week because Adobe Connect had some problems with allowing our presenter to share his screen.  By the way he was using a Mac OS.We could hear him but Connect crashed every time he tried to share his screen.  We tried on every browser to include Safari. Opera, Firefox and Chrome.  His bandwidth was impeccable for a home user at 63 megs/sec .
