How do you change font size or format in acrobat adobe professional. I know how to insert a text box and paste or write in the box bit cannot locate option to changes fonts to large or to 'bold' Please advise Thank you

I have a 65 page PDF file that I need to cut all of the crop marks out of. Is there a tool In Acrobat Professional 6.0 which can trim all of the crop marks off all of the pages for me? I do not have access to the document that created the 65 page PDF.

I much prefer to do all of my elearning authoring in flash (including navigation, etc). I'm looking for someone who has successfully developed courses in flash and gotten them to work with Adobe Connect Training, to include tracking of score (not just 'complete/incomplete status'). I have tried a few different methods and none are working for me. I really do not want to have to develop my courses in powerpoint, for a number of reasons. I have read Andrew Chemey's article on how Breeze/Connect leverages the AICC standard, but the article doesn't include an example fla/package. I'm looking for someone willing to answer questions via email and tell me what I'm doing wrong, as I attempt to get this working? I'm not looking for anyone to do the work for me - just someone who has gotten it to work and wouldn't mind helping out. Anyone?

When I go to: What do you want to share... Documents Select from my computer... Why can't I select a pdf file?

Is there a way to add additional participants (over 15) to a session and pay by user/by minute (using Connect, not Professional)?

Very often I will notice that someone has been waiting outside the meeting for a while, and I feel awful. I wish I could tell the program to just let in anybody who wants to join without me having to click Accept. I can't imagine having a problem with people trying to sneak into my meetings. (Seriously, they're not that exciting) I can't find this anywhere in the settings. Does anyone know if this feature exists?

I have a fully updated PacBook Pro and have not been able to get the Cam to come on in AC. It works fine in many other applications. IS there a setting to get it to turn on the cam besides sharing the video? Thank you, Ken

In creating a new form, is there a way to have a check box that is "checked" create a new required text box or a new list to appear?

I have a need to import Adobe files in to Wordperfect X3. Some files import just fine as images and others want to be imported as text into the document. I would much prefer that these images come into the document as images and not text. The nature of the project requires that the images appear to be identical to what the PDF file looks like and the PDF files that are being imported as images are successful in doing that. Where as the PDF files that WPX3 imports as text, contain wide variations in formatting and layout and the text is editable. None of which is acceptable for what I need to accomplish. I suspect that the PDF files that are being imported as text have OCR characteristics while the PDF files that are being imported as images do not. But I don't know and I don't know how to find out. So I have two questions. First, is there a way to determine which PDF files have OCR characteristics and which ones do not? Second is there a way to remove the OCR characteristics from a

when we shchedule an employee for a training the notification never reaches the trainee, instead the system administrators receive a message saying the original was a "Spoof". I have programmed an interface (web app) between external Event Management System and Breeze . Everything is fine until I experienced the problem with session expiration. When the software connects and login I keep BREEZESESSION and use it on every next request. The problem occurs when the application is not requested (and does not requests breeze) for longer time. It looks like the session expires and BREEZESESSION is no longer valid because I get: <results> <status code="no-access" subcode="no-login"/> </results> as response from the server. Is it the only solution for this case to check the status of every response and if it is "no-access" then login and redo the request?

I can change the page numbers in the navigation pane but they don't print correctly in the document footer. I don't want to start with 1, rather page number 94. What am I doing wrong?

Hello Adobe People, I'm new to this site. I am a student starting from ground zero. Any good ideads where I should start for firs discussion. I'm sure it all depends on what I want to achieve, but I'm not quite sure what that is yet. I picked up a Web Design for Dummies book, and the CD in the back of the book somehow navigated me into this web site. It looked cool, so I signed up. I have generated a form using Live Cycle Designer and am tryin to have the form returned in a PDF format. All I can seem to do is have it come back as in xml. I can't find anything specific in any help files that address the kind of files returned when a "submit form" button is used. Is there a way to get the completed form back as a PDF? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm very new with working with Breeze. Building a course with audio and we have the slides advancing automatically. How do I have the audio play for a slide, but not have the slide advance automatically? We want to user to initiate the slide navigation on their own. Thanks.

I'm trying to find an automated way to create user accunts on the fly for courses -- Ideally I'd like to have users click on the URL for a class and have the opportunity to fill in their information and have trackable access to the course. Addtionally I'd like to be able to have the course start a timer as soon as they register, for example the user would have 30 days from the time they register to complete the course. Has anyone used wireless mics with Connect? I'm especially interested in trying a bluetooth headset mic/headphone (I see a few from Plantronics) for a Connect presenter, in order to allow them to move around a bit. Any recommendations? Thanks!

Trying to get info on availability of Acrobat Connect under CLP Educational Licensing and how the "presentation" room connection would work...Only 1 instructor per room? Multiple instructors? Multiple classroom usage or only 1? How many licenses would we need to connect a class of 15-18 to the presentation room?

Hi all, I am using Breeze 5 and it is no longer publishing. It looks like it starts, shows the Converting audio, then the View Results button. When I click the button, the publish window closes and I am back in my ppt. When I check the output files, I see the data folder but no index.htm file. Very weird to just stop working. Has anyone else run into this?
