I am watching a series of pre-recorded lectures.  How do you increase playback speed to ~1.25x, 1.5x, etc...I see older posting where people have asked this before, but I do not see a solution?  (other than not using the product)

Hello!We facilitated a webinar today and had several participants who had multiple listings in the Attendee pod. In the past, we've been able to select the duplicates and select Merge Users from the menu; however, today it was not available (see screenshots below). Any idea why this would be? Has this functionality been removed?Just in case our Audio Conference settings have anything to do with whether the Merge Users option is available, here's what we have:Any insight is appreciated!Thank you!

Hi,I designed a windows application which cam manage make offline process in adobe connect.as u know making offline on adobe connect takes time and if u have large amount of meetings, in a day, u will have problem.so, my program can manage many meetings simultaneously to create offline videos.u need only log in in the program and the programthe program will click on make offline button and open the meeting and wait until the meeting ends and then close it.there is many logs to help u for better monitoring of the procedure.if interested in this program pls contact me:marychi1980@yahoo.comRegards.

We set up an Event using the default registration questions (i.e., first & last name, email address, password, re-type password). When I go into Reports to see the responses it does not seem to be capturing the email address that the invitees are entering. I can see the First Name, Last Name, and the username they created but I cannot find their email addresses. Is it possible to get this information? Thanks.Also, I noticed that our Registration page looks like the one on the left, even though "Login" is not an available option when selecting your registration questions. The image on the right is from the Adobe guides. The one on the right is what we want (no Login field), where you are registering using your email address without having to create a separate Login.

Hi there,when my institution changed to a different conferencing product, we spent days downloading key Adobe Connect sessions, following the instructions to produce MP4 files.  Our computers have recently been updated and we find we can't play them.  Neither Microsoft Media Player nor VLC, nor Quicktime will play them.  What product is recommended to play these MP4 files?Thank you.Tanya

If I try:https://<server-dns>/<meetingroom>?launcher=true this is rewritten to:https://<server-dns>/<meetingroom>?launcher=falseand the meeting is again started within the browser. Hi! It's been three days since my Adobe connect has been crashing on my android phone. I join.a group and stay there as long as no one else joins the same group. Plus when I touch on an uploaded video, the app crashes again  Can anyone help 

HiI am trying to upload a video to my meeting room templates on content but it just seems to get stuck on the loading screen.  When trying to load this video into the room directly it does load in, but keeps buffering and I can't play it continuously.  Is it a problem with the video itself?  It worked no problem on previous software we were using.  The video is Mp4 format which it should accept.Is anyone able to contact me on [moderator edit. phone number and e-mail deleted. When I try to enter to the meeting receive the error error creating user<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <results><status code="invalid"><invalid field="login" type="string" subcode="duplicate"/></status></results>I can create the meeting but not enter there!! Anyone knows how this works??

Is it possible to send out an email invitation and have staff choose from a listing of three available Seminar sessions they would like to register? Currently we have a Seminar room that we have made available for three time slots, and we would like to have staff choose which one they would like to attend, and self register for that one. Using the Event manager, I see that I can create an Event (for the Seminar) and send email invitations for the date/time that I select for the Event only, but not for the available Seminar sessions. I didn't really see options where I am able to customize the Invitation email to make this happen. Hopefully this makes sense. Thanks!

A few days ago I began seeing a really strange issue when maximizing (full screen view) my various applications on my second monitor.  I can only refer to it as a massive cropping of the lower right portion of the image for the application I was using.  The application is still fully functional, but you just can't see what you're clicking on in those areas.  Once the issue becomes active upon entering maximized mode, it then follows the application to windowed mode as well.  It stays in this state until the application is fully closed and restarted.  Maximizing the application view only on the second monitor, will consistently evoke the issue.  I work in IT, so over the last couple of days I tried a few basic tactics to rectify the issue; reboots, rolling back some recent OS updates, display resolution & scaling adjustments, graphics driver updates, etc.  No luck.  This issue quickly began driving me crazy and impacting my productivity, so I

HiI need to deploy Adobe Connect Solution in a large Classroom with atleast 3 HD cameras.Idea is to capture the Prof and the Smart Board at all times from different angles to ensure that Prof and Board is always visible.I have deployed Adobe connect with a Single Tracking camera which is in front of the Board.So how do I deploy this 3 camera solution and what could be Bill of Quantities, Architecture diagram and complete solution design.Looking for a quick responseThanks

I updated Connect to 9.8.1 last week.  I checked to see if the speaker configuration option was available as part of the update, which it was.  However, when I go back to configure the audio from the test page, I no longer have the option to choose my speaker.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Does Webinar come with a collaboration function? 

I am using Adobe Connect to host a short video and then using an iFrame to link back to that video. My problem is that the video auto-plays when my site comes up. Is there a way to turn off auto-play? Or, is there code that should go in the iFrame to stop the auto-play?Thank you,mgamble

Hey Team,               I was just wondering if it's possible, if you can request that adobe connect is hosted through a particular server for webinars (Sydney Australia). We are looking at utilising this as an organisation, however all data would need to remain in country (Australia) under our privacy laws relevant to our particular organisation. We are using Adobe Connect with our Learning Management System (LMS) and when scheduling offerings we send out multiple invites to the same people not knowing which events they will be able to attend.  Multiple notifications go out to each individual and for those offerings they don't select it comes back through the LMS as having not been attended.  Is there a way to disable the notifications/invitations from going out?Thank YouRyan

I'm new to Adobe Connect, yet my office mates all use it with Apple. I am the Windows person. When testing a meeting, I played a video from our website and an audio recording. Neither could be heard with my test audience--or on playback of the recording. I'm using the builtin microphone for my laptop. How do I get the sound from my computer into the Adobe Connect platform.
