Hi, I try to integrate Adobe Connect trial account with Moodle , and  It's works fine, so the university are asking to buy 7 licenses of Adobe Connect Meetings. So the question: It's is correct to buy  7 licenses adobe connect meeting 100 participants and integrated with Moodle? a We are going to have 7 session at the time, with 75 on overage participantes , and 7 instructors, we need moodle as a LMS. thanks for your advice.saludos,

A client of ours is using ActiveC's Surveymaker pod with their Adobe Connect system but has been advised that the product will become unavailable later this year (2015). Thy use this product go allow them to have a pod with multiple questions in it.Is the only option now available for polling the single question poll built into Adobe Connect? We appreciate that we could create multiple pods using the builtin poll pod in Adobe Connect to have multiple questions on the screen. In search of a multiple question pod option, we have looked at the Adobe Connect apps library and have found that even survey.swf is no longer available. There do not seem to be any other alternatives in the marketplace. Are there?I know that one can build flash .swf files using Adobe Captivate or Adobe Presenter. Is that the only way to create multiple question polling pods for Adobe Connect?  If so, do these pods allow for multiple Adobe Connect user to participate  in these polls?

I'm a product manager for a training company trying to figure out if we've "outgrown" Adobe Connect or not. For our training offering we want to be able to use a single installation of an LMS (today it's Connect) to serve up common training courses to multiple customers, where a customer is an entire company rather than an individual person.  Within each company we need to delegate access to specific administrative users to add and remove learner users.  Each company needs reports that quickly summarizes all their learners and their progress.  Finally, no company should be able to see any other company or their users.  So far we've tried:Delegating administrative access within Connect, but this is a dead end because administrators can see all users on the system, including those of other customersSetting up "managers" within Connect, but this is a dead end because managers cannot see Reports (other than the one that makes someone click into each managed user to view

We deleted a file from the Content>Shared Content section and then tried to add a new version back in. If we use the same name we get the "There is already another item with this name. Please try again" error. If we use a different name it works. So even though we can't see it, Adobe Connect still thinks it exists. This problem was identified Friday. Monday morning the problem still exists, but Monday afternoon it seems to have resolved itself. In the future, how can I clear this problem quickly? Also, is there a better way to replace content.?

Is there a way to insert an image using the whiteboard? I am using the whiteboard with students and want to insert an image that students can move around the whiteboard.

We have been creating MP4s of our downloaded webinar FLVs from AdobeConnect but since February, we have been unable to generate good MP4 files.  The audio/video are not synced properly.The FFMPEG log shows thousands of "DTS - Invalid timestamp" errors indicating the FLV files being generated are not quite the same as they were a few months ago.Can anyone share the FFMPEG command you use to convert your AdobeConnect videos to MP4?Thank you.

The latest version of Adobe Flash Player is already installed on my PC but apparently not being recognized by Adobe Connect when I attempt to enter my classroom.

How does one ask a simple and direct question here? I see many discussions but no way to ask a question and get an answer. I am sick of plowing through many forums and not finding anything useful. I want to ask and get answers. I'm sure you all can contribute much to discussions, but as I only want to figure out how to use the programs and get answers with as much clarity and breity as possible. I'm pretty sure Adobe can afford some answer folks. After all, look at their swank offices!

I created a looping slideshow in Adobe Presenter and published it up to my content area. When I share that content in a Share pod in Connect, the slideshow won't loop. What am I missing? It loops fine when I preview it in Presenter!

I'm trying to improve the quality of my video and the problem seems to be Connect itself. In the room's Preferences/Video, it says that "Maximum supported resolution for [the highest quality setting] is 480p and maximum supported frame rate for this setting is 20." Is this 480p the width?!? I've never seen a video resolution with only a single number like that. They usually travel in pairs, i.e. 640 x 480. Is it safe to assume that this "480" is in fact 640 x 480? That's what my camera (an old SD Vaddio that's passing thru a Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle) is sending, and I can get really good quality for awhile, but inevitably the quality takes a nose dive and starts stuttering. The problem doesn't seem to be local– the host device is a Macbook Pro with plenty of processing juice and the local bandwidth is consistently spectacular. Why does the video look so good for awhile but tank after an hour or so?Also, has anyone had success using the Nextage video app located on the Connect Apps

How do I pass each of my learner's Full Name from Connect into Captivate-developed modules so I can display them in nicely formatted certificates?Right now we HAVE the nicely formatted certificate - we just need to understand the linkage that allows Connect to give us the full name of the current user so we can consume and display it in Connect.  Thanks!

Hello,I am publishing captivate 8 content to adobe connect.  When a learner finishes the course they are presented with an exit button.  This button works fine when previewed in a browser window, but when played from connect, the user must click the button twice to get the window to close.  Any ideas on how to fix this issue?Thanks,Pete
