Creative Cloud Services

Hi, is there any way to hide Creative Cloud related icons from launchpad on Mac?? I don't want them. They look so messy.

Hello.  I recently needed to install AfterEffects to my computer and tried to open the Creative Cloud to do so. The window showed with a text box reading"Creative Cloud update availableBug Fixes adn technical enhancementsFull Release Notes (v. 5.6.5.58)"Followed by the auto-update switch.  I tried updating, and it seemed like it finished because I got no error and the loading bar completed, but the program did not open the window again like I figured it would. I tried manually opening the window again, only to find the same message as before! I have tried restarting my device and that still has not worked. And of course I can't uninstall Creative Cloud without first getting rid of my applications, which seems to me like a waste of time.  Any suggestions on what to try next?

I'm trying to find a way to upload raw images to creative cloud with my iPad (CF and sd cards invloved) while I'm on the run during a shooting day so my assistant can start working on them on my macbook pro with lightroom classic asap. Anyone who can help with the process? Thank you so much!

Greetings,I moved all of my files to Adobe Creative Cloud where I have 4TB of space, from a local server at work. I use a PC at home, and one at work. Both of the PC's are now nearly inoperable because they have various errors regarding not having memory, etc. It seems that all I've done is move all the files from the server to the PC hard drives? Can I move the files to Cloud Documents? Or, can I delete the local copies? This is all very confusing/ Thanks.

Hello, i get the screen you see below when i open Creative Cloud and try to login. I have tried 3 different links that a person send me on a post of this earlier: Link1: https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan-discussions/sign-in-help/td-p/6071780. Tried, i had that file, deleted it and reïnstalled Creative Cloud. When i tried WMI thing with command prompt, it said it cant find that file... Maybe its that? I have one Mac. I have my own personal freelance CC subscription and am now also working for someone who has given me a subscription as part of their institution. If I log out of my personal CC account, can I log into my new 'work' CC account, and not lose any of the files in the "Creative Cloud Files" folder? My concern is that the first 'Creative Cloud Files' folder that sits on the Mac for 'synced files' doesn't get replaced by the second account. Do you end up with two "Creative Cloud Files' folders? Any help appreciated - I'm nervous to log on with the new account before knowing how/if it works. Please note, I do not need share/transfer between the two accounts, or access them at the same time. Thank you!

Hi. I am having a problem with replacing my existing AI files on creative cloud with updated version of the same file. It shows the message attached. Would really appreciate if someone could help me with this. Thank you so much in advance.

I just did a bulk upload to a shared creative cloud library and all of my structure is gone. everything that used to be in is own folder [icons] [colors] [headshots] etc. is now all in one generic folder now called "graphics".

Need help, I am paying for not one but TWO Adobe creative cloud accounts, one from my personal email, and one from my college email, both being paid from the same account, the only way its letting me cancel one is charging me the full price, I have been paying for the two accounts with no solution for 7 months now and don't know how to contact anyone, help please

No Adobe apps are currently running, but there are a lot of background processes. Why are there so many background apps?

Can I trademark a logo that I made using Adobe Creative Cloud? I used the fonts and the icons. 

So as much as I love using Adobe CC. My #1 Dislike is the Desktop Application being so brigh with all the White Background.I would exrtemely love to have a setting under USer Settings to change the application to a "Dark Mode UI" to make life easier on the eyes.Q. Why do I say I'd like this feature added?A. I'm a 5th Generation in my family to have developed Cataracts at the young age of 12. I'm now 31 and will be 32 in the Summer of 2022. I was told from my Eye Doctor in the Summer of 2021 I may need to consider Cataract Surgery before I turn 35. Being someone who works in the Entertainment Industry with Live Production of AV Programming and being blinded by Lights is never fun, especially with having cataracts. This has forced me to wear my Prescription Sunglasses just to ensure I can see everything I'm workign on. But this too will Dim my Colour Pallette while I'm designing things. Plus I work in a Dimly Lit room to easier focus and configure RGB Lighting around my workplace.I love

My Creative Cloud Storage is supposedly full, even though I only have about 5 GB of files in it. It might be my Lightroom catalog, but I can't find any way to see how much of my storage is used by what application - only the info that it is full and the link to buy an upgrade for my storage (lol). Lightroom itself won't let me delete any images but that's another issue (they just stay greyed out when I hit delete but my storage usage does not change). Is there any transparent (!) way to get to know how exactly I am using up my cloud storage? At least something like this:  Thanks a lot in advance, I am really frustrated by CC constantly nagging about my storage being full but not helping in any way to resolve this (besides by paying more $$$)

Ik get this error when i open Adobe Creative Cloud. I tried reïnstall it but didnt work. it says something like: 'You are logged out'. And 'Log in to use your Adobe products'. If i press 'Aanmelden', (means login), nothing happens, after loading i see the same screen Please help! Thanks in advance  .

Hello,I want to renew my Creative Cloud subscription, but somehow I can only do this if I pay with a credit card and not just through a bank. There was an icon of a Maestro card next to it so I assumed it would be valid.So I applied for a credit card and it arrived after two weeks. I tried to pay, after the card is activated and it has 200 euros on it, and then I get the message 'This card is not supported'. It's an Openbank Maestro card and it says 'Debit' in small at the top. It also says R42 at the top left.Does anyone have any idea why it is not valid and if I can pay in another way? I don't have time to apply for a new credit card, because I'll be needing Creative Cloud's programs in a week.Please can someone help me?Thanks in advance!Wilbert

Hi there,I've been pouring over forum posts looking for a solution and could not find one. I'd appreciate some help.My team shares files via Creative Cloud, which worked successfully and quickly in the past year+. We all use the desktop application on various Macbooks so that we can access files via Finder. A few months ago a team member was reorganizing files (deleting, renaming, uploading) but none of those changes were reflected in my files at all. My file sync has been “syncing” with loading circle for at least 5 months without updating or downloading any files onto my computer. We are constantly on WiFi at corporate internet speeds and all other team members are able to see the files except me. I have never seen a "failed to sync" message or anything. The loading circle just keeps spinning... Yesterday my existing (old, not updated) Creative Cloud sync folder changed its name to "Creative Cloud Files (archived)" - the new CC folder that was automatically created is completely emp

Hi,  I've seen Portfolio questions posted here so I hope someone can shed some light.I use a collection to sync lightroom to the cloud, then that collection from the cloud to Adobe Portfolio website (simple).The images in the screen shot show a difference from the sign post image onwards where suddenly the cloud and portfolio images are considerable darker than the lightroom output files. You'll see the pastel image for example (pre signpost in date and order) is perfectly 1:1 rendered, but the deer in the dawn image is WAY too dark, as are all other images from Signpost onwards.Why is this, I understand colour space changes but these are date different, laste years (pre sign post) are perfect, post Signpost (this year) are way too dark? Kindest Regards
