Hi, In my cloud there are like 10.000 files with strange names (see screenshot). I can't delete them. I contacted support by chat, but do don't regornize this probllem. Who is able to help me?

So a few issues here. I share files between a Macbook pro and a gaming PC. whenever I go to work on a school project on my PC I only see that about 90% of all my files are synced on there. But 100% of them are on my mac. It seems like my Mac has not been uploading files from the last few weeks to the Creative Cloud. I don't know how to fix this issue. I'm hoping someone can help me increase my workflow and help me fix this. A symptom of this might be that my Creative cloud on my mac is stuck on FILE SYNCING "syncing". thanks for any help!

Hello Adobe Team,I'm kindly asking you to help me retrieve my Mac casual behavior Please.I stopped syncing files via Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app (menu bar icon) as I was not able to use my Mac anymore : juste a few seconds after I started syncing, Finder is rebooting, mouse freezing, etc.I took the big files and folder out, in another folder, and now I am replacing them manually, one by one… Yes, because, I tried web upload, but it doesn't work (unexpected error message)Even one file, is too much trouble for Adobe Creative Cloud : file is 2,51 Go, and Core Sync is eating 37,4 Go in RAM Of course I use an external disk, where do you think we store data…(image above : Orange - Core Sync looks like it is done syncing.. / Red - Core Sync starts again)If Core Sync needs to transfer the file in a temporary folder on my startup HD, because let's imagine, external disk usage would be an issue… no problem, just do it.Take as much time as you need to do it one by one automatically, I don't

J'ai recu un message lors du démarrage de la nouvelle configuration que les logiciels d'Adobe cloud ne sont pas compatibles avec MacOS Catalina, ensuite cela été redonfirmé par une conversation téléphonique avec Apple Help Center. Pourriez-vous m'indiquez une date où vous envisager de mettre à jour les logiciels d'Adobe Cloud pour qu'ils soient compatibles avec MacOS Catalina?Je vous remercie pour votre réponse.Emese

Hi! I have this account for a long time already but I thought that this recent Creative Cloud update needs me to register again to gain access. I have quite a lot of files on its library, portfolio, spark..., will I gain access gain access again on these?  I was also a Team member of Center for International Trade Exhibition & Mission and the latest was with the Philippines Department of Trade & Industry using this previous account in the same email address.  The transition from CITEM to DTI was fine using my email address originally used in my personal account when I started using Creative Cloud.  

I recently upgraded my space on the Creative Cloud to 1 TB.  This has been useless because I have filled up my 1 TB internal MAC hard drive and do not have any more room internally so more space on the cloud does nothing for me.  How can Cloud-Based files sync to an external drive so my operating system and apps are not bogged down by file storage of photos and stuff?  I am paying for extra space I can not use.

Hello, apologies in advance... I would like to know the difference between the cloud documents of the creative cloud, the local where Photoshop for iPad and fresco save files, and the Cloud of the creative cloud, where every other files are saved to. Like, what differs one from the other, beyond the respective apps cloud save destinations? and I've seen a pop up(?) when I log in here on CC, about this new cloud space, and I've read the info there, but it wasn't clear to me the difference from one to another, and how do I save and open photoshop files from this cloud documents It said that I can save both Photoshop for iPad and Photoshop (desktop) files. EDIT: a few corrections

I wnat to delete my trial version of application, but when i click that delete button, there are no any happne.what i need to do delete application from my computer?

Hello everyone, I've been trying to change the sync and the general location of all of my adobe files to a local hard drive from my SSD since the SSD is filled up already.  Even when I change the setting on the preference and change the sync & application location it comes up with an error and will not change it. Please help! 

Hello, Got a message that says the required Library was somehow missing from Photoshop. Photoshop needs to be uninstalled. Multiple tries all failed. So, I tried updating...those have failed. Please advise...I have work to complete! Thank you.

Hi. The latest update for the CC file sync uses up an insane amount of ram memory (up to 1G+) when file syncing. So much so that it keeps on freezing my computer or making it so slow to be unbearable. I always have to turn off CC now or I can't use my computer.I may not have the newest computer but I have a Macbook Pro with 4G of RAM, not too bad either. The file sync should work quietly and unobtrusively in the background, like Dropbox and not hog all my memory no matter how many files I have to sync. It can probably be set so it only actively syncs a lot when it detects that the user is not using the computer.Being a paying customer, I of course wish that CC could work splendidly well. Unfortunately, I still have to rely on Dropbox because of CC's undependability and massive memory problems. The CC programs are great but honestly, so far the file sync has given me nothing but frustration. Please catch up soon.Please fix this asap so it can be usable. Thank you.

J'ai suivi le cours de Franck PAYEN d'Adobe France et sur son tuto on voit des modèles. Je suis abonnée à CC donc j'ai la dernière version, mais je débute. Je n'ai pas de modèle.  Este é um arquivo AI salvo em meu computador, porém ao invés de aparecer o ícone do arquivo (.ai), aparece o icone da aplicação (Illustrator). O que será isso? Acontece também com arquivos PSD. PS.: Uso Windows 10

Hello dear fellow adobe users,   I recently did a portfolio on the Adobe Portfolio builder. When I got to the point of publishing I realized I had been logged in with the wrong account the whole time (I had purchased PS years ago with one address but now paying the Cloud subscription with another one) - so now I can't publish the portfolio as the older account only has a basic license. As building the portfolio was a bit of a too long and frustrating process (it took me ages to realize it's just not possible to do sub-galleries and then rebuilding everything) I don't really feel like rebuilding the whole thing on the new account again.   So is it possible to maybe 'export' or transfer the portfolio data to my paid account? Or can I connect the two accounts somehow so I can access the data from both ones? Or is there any other way avoiding the rebuilding?   Thank you so much for your help,   Pauline

I  have an external js file.i called it in main.html like <script type="text/javascript" src="relevent path to the file mentioned in the topic" but cant load it which path is  /apps/appname/components/structure/page/x.js in AEM publsher.In AEM author it is directing to the related js file.Purpose of doing this is i have a java script code for eloqua form submission which is inside main.html.because of eloqua js is inside main.html as internal js it is affecting to page load time.so i have to put that js as an external and call.Either this way <div data-sly-use.page="${'x.js'}"/> is not working because of that eloqua js is returning nothing.

Hello,I am getting a file sync error that says some files failed to sync. The file listed that will not sync is not there. It is a file I deleted a while ago. I now can't sync my files, but  can't fix the error because it is not related to a real file. CC used to have a feature that allowed you to find and delete the problem file, but with the latest update, that feature is missing. When I go to the link for "view on CreativeCloud.com," it does not take me to the file location, just an Adobe help page for storage quota. Any suggestions about how to fix this because none of my files will sync until I fix the error. Thank you.

Hi all, Ok so I am new to all this cloud syncing stuff and I have a question. I have 1TB of storage on a creative cloud but not on my Mac. How would I go about saving items to the cloud, like video/photo to adobe CC without them saving to my mac as well?

When I'm downloading files from my own CC account I'm unable to download two different files in a row unless I refresh the page. So if I have downloaded file A and then deselect that and then select file B, file A gets downloaded again instead of file B. Only when I refresh the file page do I get to download file B by selecting it again and downloading it.Also, I'm able to select multiples files at once but when I do that the download option goes away, it returns only when one single file is selected. So it's not possible to download multiple files at once? Will take ages for any collaborator to use CC as a file source then as I have hundreds of project files stored there.

3 days ago I chatted with tech support because the CC cloud icon was missing from my bar in Illustrator. The tech had me run the cleaner tool to remove creative cloud and reinstall it.  This did not fix the problem and my CC icon is still missing. Since that day my Adobe programs have not been able to communicate with the creative cloud app. It will not load or activate fonts, just an endlessly spinning wheel. Tech support then tried to help me for an additional 4 hours, even granting them remote access to uninstall, reinstall everything, and restart my system over and over again. Visiting Adobe fonts on the website, it says my fonts are activated (have also tried deactivating and activating them multiple times from the site and from illustrator itself to no avail). Internet access has been solid and uninterrupted and I have full internet functionality except for loading adobe fonts on the CC app. They told me they have exhausted all troubleshooting options and need to call me bac

Pretty simple.  CC tries to sync my libraires every 5 seconds.  Flashes a message "Libraries sync error.  To use Creative Cloud Libraries, please sign in to Creative Cloud".  Well, I am signed in.  As soon as the message goes away, File syncing displays "up to date".  I have uninstalled CC desktop app with Abobe's tool, and reinsatlled it and I get the same thing.  I don't get it!  Pretty frustrating.  When working in ID, everytime it checks, you lose the cursor and have to start over.  The only way I get anything done is open ID and then sign out of CC.  Attached is the actual message.

In the past, I could delete a file from my Creative Cloud, and it would go into the deleted folder in CC. On my PC, it would be in the recycle bin only if I didn't shift+del the file. I could then recover files from the deleted folder if necessary. Fast forward to this new Creative Cloud desktop version. I logged in to recover a file only to discover files in there that had NEVER been in my CC. Files and folders that I had deleted from an external hard drive. Excel and Word files. HOW DID THEY GET THERE?? I've looked everywhere for a setting which would give/deny CC access to my PC’s recycle bin, but there is nothing. What makes matters worse is that I regularly use two PCs. My personal PC uses my personal CC account, and my work PC uses my work CC account. The files from the work PC’s recycle bin are showing up while logged into my personal CC account in the browser!!!! Who thought this would.be a good idea? Why is CC accessing my recycle bin? 

My team of designers share a folder of projects. Within each project folder, I'd like to share any subfolder with a different group of developers, writers, contractors. This way the design team has access to everything, but devs, contractors etc only have access to a specific folder within each project. It seems to not be possible to do that currently. I get an error when I invite people to a subfolder within a shared folder. Is it possible? if not, will it be possible in some update? Seems like some key functionality that is missing in the collaboration setup.
