As a subscriber of "Photography" plan I have 20gb of storage.I know it was advertised as 'do your work & access from anywhere', but since I'm always doing work on my desktop computer, using my own HDDs, the whole principle is not exactly for me.So I was thinking about using CCloud as a backup storage of my best and precious work. Will I have any consequences? I wouldn't want Adobe apps suddenly having it under display for further editing/sharing/etc.
I have a problem with sharing. It has worked fine since this morning. but today it just keeps loading the page and nothing happens. I also tried sharing from browser. I can see my files there but do not get a sharing link. Is it only my problem?
Hi everyone, I am doing an online photoshop course. I need to upload my original JPEG photo plus the unflattened PSD. file by using the syn option. I have been trying for the last week to get this to upload (psd file) but it continues to say "unable to upload psd file"... I have tried it manually through the website. The file is about 90mb and I have lots of storage on the cloud and have to upload it this way as its the only option the tutors gave us. When we upload it we are meant to create a link of our folder and share it with our etutors to view the file. I am at my wits end I have tried everything and still cannot upload ANY PSD files... The file names are very basic no symbols etc... Ive tried signing in and out etc... Please tell me there is someway to get this to work . Thanks
I have tried to free up Cloud storage space by moving files back to my desktop. This doesn't work, as the files still show up in the Cloud. Going to Archive and removing them (I tried it with a file that wasn't a total disaster to lose) seems to cause the Cloud to get on to my desktop and remove the file from there too! This seems very Big Brother! Do I have to put all my stuff that's in the Cloud on a thumb drive or something to keep the Cloud from getting its claws on it now? Is there something I am missing about how to do this? I tried using the Chat function but the person I spoke to didn't really know the ins and outs of Cloud storage.
hello all. I'm hoping for an answer that I haven't discovered yet. I have a set of libraries (around 30) that I need to allow access to for about 30-40 people. The problem is that I want them to have access but not be able to change the libraries, which I know I can set up as view only. But, is there a way for them to pull one of the images out of the library and then edit it in their own Illustrator file without it affecting the library?
My creative cloud says its full at 100gb. In my Creative Cloud Files folder, it shows only 34GBI've deleted all the archived files and it's still showing storage at 63%
I can create libraries in any application with no problems. However, when I click on the collaborate option I get a blank screen in the web browser. These new libraries also don't show up in my online profile either. I can accept collaboration invites from others and those libraries do show up in my online profile. Any help on this mater is appreciated
How do I get my files only on the cloud, so that the storage on my macbook does not get full?
I'm trying to deliver images to a client but the links CC makes produce this error:{"error_code":"401013","message":"Oauth token is not valid"}I'm having to use a free drop DropBox device to get around this issue immediately.Does anybody have a solution?I tried to find my way through Adobe's help panel to get to chat with someone but they don't seem to have an option to talk about CC file storage or indeed anything relating to the CC all itself!Thank you in advance.Carl
So we have a large group of folders whose users had access. Two of them, are no longer shared. When I try to share them by email to edit, I get "There was an error sending the invite. Please try again." First, I do not know how the became unshared. I think one user moved their location folder, but I corrected by uninstalling and reinstalling Creative Cloud. Please help if anyone has any ideas!
I need upload files to Creative Cloud but not using the local application but the API. Is there any API to upload and download files to adobe Cloud?thanks!
@hi12_2I have just uploaded a whole lot of images to my Creative cloud account. All is working fine.Mostly i work on my IPad and wanted to use images to my Apple applications (Pages and Key Notes). The only option i have to use my images from my creative cloud is to go via the files application. When i open from that the small cloud icon is shown in the right left corner. Is it so that io have to go though my 1000 images by manually activating the cloud icon for all of them to be used in my apple applications? Or is there a short cut or something I haven’t done correctly
Besides setting upload/download speeds to 25%, is there anything else that can be done to limit CC Libraries using up a whole network's bandwidth? We have 11 people in our office of 30 using Adobe CC. If someone goes to upload new files to a CC Library it kills bandwidth on all other computers in the office. We've tried setting speeds to 25% in the CC app already and that doesn't seem to have any effect. Is there anything else we can try? Thanks.
My Creative Cloud 4.7.0.400 is syncing file forever.. It's not really syncing any file at all, just syncing then blink then sync again.
Hi, Since some time now (don't know exactly when it started) the files of me and my teammates are failing to sync. Someone who has just started to use a new Macbook is failing to even retrieve a single file or folder. We get the error message "some files failed to sync". I've tried numerous solutions found online and in the forums, and found this list so I thought I'd start with that.Is the Adobe ID you use here on the forums the same which is experiencing the issue (Y/N)?YesDo you have multiple Creative Cloud Accounts?NoDo you use the same Adobe ID on multiple workstations?NoNumber of machines affected:5 atleast Internet connectivity info (Ethernet/WiFi):Tested on multiple WiFi networks (corporate, home and mobile hotspot)What is your upload/download speed (can you run a speed test via www.speedtest.net)?Tested 150 down /15 up atleast on one of the networksAre you using a proxy (Y/N):NoAre you using Firewall (None/Corporate/Local):Various, but Typekit network test had no issues even o
Hello,I don't like to sync my files. Creative Cloud does it also. Sync on folder and its subfolder to the cloud. This means, I must have the same memory space local like in in the cloud. But there are a lot of projects which I do not realy need every time. Sometimes I remeber an idea f.e. of 2015. Then I go back into these old project to pickup a file or so.Is there a way to store the projects in oneway to the cloud? So that I don't need this memory duplicated on my harddisk?RegardsDetlef
HelloCreative cloud is not syncing via photoshop cc - it says "unable to connect to server". If i have access to the internet directly, it syncing, but we have firewall and i think need make exception URL-s. in some cases "creative cloud files" also has syncing problems (but not always). Please someone maybe knows any solution or could you provide me FQDN-s and ports to make this syncing process work?i found some link (link below), but it says "The following host/port combinations may need to be whitelisted when logging in with an Adobe ID to download, install, and package applications using the Creative Cloud Packager." and i'm not sure if it will work also with syncing problemFirewall Lockdown Thank you!
I am unable to resolve this issue. I have half of my storage full, and yet Creative Cloud keeps giving me this message saying files can't sync because storage is full.
We use a large shared library of assets at my job, and I finally started to organize everything into groups today. However, a couple of hours later, I noticed that I was no longer in my shared library, but "-library name- (Recovered)"I have no idea what it's recovered from, as I did this all in one sitting, didn't lose an internet connection or anything. If I toggle back to the shared library, I see that half my work organizing is gone. I clearly started it in that library, but now I have to do it all over again apparently. Is there any way I can just move the assets between libraries or do I have to re-organize in the correct library, again?
I have four files that have been deleted from Adobe Creative Cloud and exist on none of my devices, yet still show up as having sync errors.
CC-files from 2 different computers I work on are using storage space on both computers, is it possible to have the files in the cloud only instead on the computer? I do not have workspace left now. My external HD is broken so I am looking for another solution for all the big files to store.
Is there any way to archive a Creative Cloud Library folder. Right now it seems like I can only archive single assets within a folder. If I ever wanted to unarchive these assets, it would be a nightmare. RIght now I have many CC libraries for all my clients, but many are not current and are cluttering up my CC libraries panel, however, I don't want to permanently delete the assets, because I may still need them.If this feature doesn't exist where can I add feedback to add this feature?
On Saturday, I was working on some files in my CC library. I created several new files and folders, but CC had an issue syncing them at first. I was not in the mood to keep receiving error messages, so I quit the CC manager on my computer and figured I would boot it up again once I had made my edits and saved the files neatly in their proper folders. However, there is some sort of sync error occurring now with my CC. Literally every second, it begins a new sync, and notifies me with a message reading "7 files have been updated" (roughly the number of new files I created in one of my folders). I kid you not, it's constantly sending me the notification. I've now restarted the CC manager three times as well as updated all of my applications to the 2019 release, but I am still seeing this message over and over and over again. Is this an issue unique to my CC, or are other people experiencing this phenomena after creating multiple, new files in a short amount of time? Is there any way for thi
The Creative Cloud app says I am using 93.83GB. The Finder says I have 6.8 MB in the Creative Cloud folder. There are no files at Adobe Creative Cloud that are not in the Finder. So what accounts for the over 90GB of space Adobe says I am using?
I seem to be having major issues, nothing is working, please see screenshots
