The only Adobe I have on my 64 bit computer (Windows 8.1) are files from creative cloud because my computer was taken back to "factory" the week before I downloaded CCShould I uninstall, clean with tool and reinstall?
After tons of issues of files failing to sync and several long attempts with Adobe support, I now have to ask if this feature is working at all for anyone. Specifically, storing your working files on the creative cloud, NOT syncing small items like fonts. I have been trying to sync 9GB of files, none files are greater than 40MB, my plan allows 20GB. No matter who tries, the sync fails at 1.59GB.Anyone having the same issues?
All my files just vanished into thin air - guess that's what happens when they are in the cloud!
Can anyone tell me why I can see my CC files online on my desktop but when I look via my laptop it says the folders are empty?
Since yesterday we're not able to synchronize. It goes on for hours, upload appears random on computers in network, some never show, some stay in sync mode for hours. Suggestions? Other then log out, remove all and try again. All tried but none works...
While opening a client Photoshop file it said three fonts were missing and Typekit was turned off. When I look at the CC pulldown menu it says 1.19% of 20g is syncing but that number stays frozen. I'm unable to go to Typekit to get fonts. Have I somehow synced too many files from other projects? I don't really understand how this works. Thanks
I have a whole folder that I can not syncThe names are BACKPACK150121.ai and similar names...I can not understand why I can not see if these signs are "not allowed" as namesWhat is wrong?
Hi I have been working in Canada for 3 weeks and set up all my files to the creative cloud, but now back in the UK working on my regular MAC CC says it can't sync the files. What can I do?
I get a file syncing error when attempting to drop or save new files into my Creative Cloud folder. I have many files in my CC folder which sync correctly and the error only occurs when attempting to save over an existing file or drag a new file into the CC folder. I am able to work around this problem by saving a new version of the file to my desktop then dropping it into the CC app in my browser. This problem began to occur when I updated from Mavericks to Yosemite. Needless to say, this is very cumbersome and I would appreciate any insight given.Below are my system specs followed by the error message I receive.
When someone shares their CC Files with me, do their files take away from my 2 GB of storage on the CC?
Firstly it is great that Adobe Assets was released so that it would be possible to view PSD files.Have a PSD file opened in Adobe Assets on Google Chrome(Linux). I am trying to use the option of exporting the PSD to an image format, but the Actions -> Download -> PNG/JPG crashes the webpage.Any workaround other than using Adobe Photoshop? I guess I can ask the creator of the PSD to export it.
TL;DR: All my files have a red warning sign in the Cloud directory. What does it mean and how do I fix it?Here's what happens:I have two Finder windows open, one with the Cloud folder, and the other with files I want to synch.I option+drag my files into the Cloud folder (to copy them, rather than relocate them. If a simply drag them, they disappear from their original location). The computer churns for a while with a progress bar, then it's done.A pop-up lets me know that "'N' files were unable to synch," but all of those files still show up in the Cloud directory. All the folders and files in the cloud are marked with a red triangle with an exclamation mark inside.I have tried dragging without holding option, and the result is the same. I've tried a big folder and a small one. No difference. My specs:2010 MBPOSX 10.9.5 (Mavericks)8GB ram2.66 GHz i7CC version: 1.9.0.465I'm assuming that red warning sign means my files did not actually synch to the Cloud. How can I fix that? Thanks for your
Hi,Can anyone help me out here? I placed some files on the cloud but since yesterday I can't see them anymore on my computer. When I go online I can still see them but I have no clue to fix this and to get all the files back on my computer (besides download them all).Anyone have a clue?
I have a membership, so I have access to 20. When I attempted to upload a video that was over 2 gig, it failed. It then directed me to creative cloud connection, which doesn't appear to be available.
Hello! I have Adobe Cloud installed on my desktop in my office, but sometimes I need to be able to download the assets to a remote desktop. I can upload, archive, share on Behance, send a link via the web browser, but I don't see an option to download them. What right-click am I missing?Thank you in advance for any assistance!!!
My boss is having an issue with file syncing and I've been tasked with solving it. If he tries to sync files through the Creative Cloud Files folder in his Home folder, it fails with an "unable to sync" message. File type/name/size don't seem to matter as everything fails. If he uploads via the website it works fine AND shows up in the Creative Cloud Files folder as expected. It's only when trying to upload by placing files in the Creative Cloud Files folder that files fail. Tried logging out/in, turning sync off/on, no joy. He's running Mac OSC 10.8.4.
I’m facing problem with libraries Panel in Illustrator CC 2014.When I unable CC libraries from Extension Manager It shows up in illustrator Libraries Panel!!If it’s enabled it just not there, In photoshop it works fine & some time take long time for loading.I tried to run that command in terminal but nothing.
Hi allUnder the assets tab in the Creative cloud application, the Files section says "Some files failed to sync" and the Market section says "Unable to load market". I wonder if this is to do with my firewall settings, but I am not sure how to resolve this. Has anyone come across this before and managed to overcome it? Thanks for your time.
Dear allHELP! I've just installed a new server to which I have moved the folder Creative Cloud Files, which has thus been backing up all my website resources – Muse files, pix etc – to the Cloud. So I went into the little CC app and set the new location for the folder. But every time I click on Sync to web, it looks for the old location – which no longer exists – rather than the new one I gave it. Each time I get the messageCreative Cloud Files Folder MissingThe Creative Cloud Files folder located at /Volumes/WORK 3Tb/Creative Cloud Files cannot be found. It may have been moved, renamed, or deleted.Options: - To continue using the application without syncing files click "Turn File Sync Off" - You can choose to restore the folder from the online backup by clicking "Restore"Quit the CC app and restarted - no change.Quit the Mac and restarted - still no change.Uninstalled the app, re-installed it and re-set the new location - still no change. Is there a preferences file that I should
I have two iMacs with InDesign, Photoshop, etc on them. On the one everything is joke, bu on the other I can't get connection to the CC Library??

I have tried everything. Log out/Log back in. Refresh screen. I asked that she check to see if she added me as a collaborator and she has. The file she says she uploaded -she can see but I cannot. Can't figure it out. Help.Apparently there is NO customer support these days. I tried everything to get to a chat session but I only got tutorials. Thank YOU so much, Ann
looks like i can never trust this stupid cloud.why does this happen?
I appear to be having similar syncing issues as others have noted here. CC desktop app just seems to "sync" endlessly and occasionally I get the "unable to sync" due to server error dialogue.I have dozens of files that don't seem to want to sync anymore (and they synced fine previously).I have tried all the options I have read about in this forum. I even emptied my CC folder and tried to sync it empty (even permanently deleted my archive folder) but I still can't seem to get some files to sync reliably. How do I clear this up?Thanks.
I'v reinstalled the latest Creative Cloud desktop app, and updated to the latest version of Photoshop CC 2014 - but I cannot get Creative Cloud to show me any of my assets (libraries) on the website. To troubleshoot in Creative Cloud preferences : 1. I made sure Sync was on, and 2. I tested the folder location for files. It was my User folder which seems to be default, and I tested it by changing it to the Creative Cloud folder nested inside User folder, but no change.I'm on Adobe Creative Cloud 1.9.0.465And Running Mac OS 10.9.5
